I couldn't get into the vet we switched to and my dogs were really sick for 4 days I called Waterville they got me right in ! Customer service was excellent and the dr was excellent as well ! We finally got answers and medicine and both dogs are starting to feel better and relief , definitely switching back to Waterville !

I should have written a review sooner, but I absolutely love the Waterville vet clinic. Dr. Gilchrist is very kind and always fantastic with my pooch, Dugg whenever he is seen by him. Very thorough and very gentle with my old man fur baby! There is also a female Dr, her name escapes me, who took great care of my dog when he was admitted with Lyme disease back in the winter months. She showed me his lab work and even showed me my dogs X-rays (he has pretty arthritic hips) bc she learned that I am a nurse. It was tremendously ... read more

I have been taking my animals here for years! They are the best. Recently I lost a cat and dog with their help, the best of the worst experience, I would and do recommend them to all my pet parents! Thank you again for helping us with Yogi & Princess may they rest in peace�
