My family and I have used Waterville for years. Ever since it was just Dr. Alberding in the little house on Madison St. I would never take my animals anywhere else. All of the vets there are wonderful! Not many places have 24 hour on call vets, and even fewer have vets that will talk you down at 2AM because you think you forgot to give your dog her insulin and you're convinced she's going to die! I absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone!
It's nice to go some place where people actually care about your animals as much you do. I've lived many places and have gone to several vets and none of them even compare to the amazing staff in Waterville! Morning, noon or night; Waterville Vet will always have their doors open (we've had quite a few 3&4 am visits). They truly are some of the greatest people our community could have! Our pets have been going to the Waterville Veterinary Clinic for years. We have always been treated with respect and our pets have received top notch care. For those complaining about the cost, let me say this- medical care, for both humans and pets, can be expensive. That is one of the responsibilities of owning a pet. This is something everyone should consider before adding a pet to their family. We take our 3 cats and dog to Waterville Vet. I have always brought my pets here. We never have any problems with them, always leave satisfied. We see Dr Heather Bauer for ever visit, she knows everything about all of our pets. Our Saint Bernard has a flea allergy along with seasonal allergies, she always knows how to help when our dog has a flare up and needs mediciation.
