I wanted lightning protection for a long time. I found him through the internet and he was polite, experienced and very knowledgeable of the subject. We discussed options before installation and the job was preformed quickly and he even hid the cable behind the downspout and buried the ground rod so it would not be noticeable from the street. A very professional and clean installation with exceptional service.
William contacted me the same day. He was in Wilmington doing another install. He came the next day. He had quoted me an estimated price over the phon. When he got here, the house was much bigger than he had thought but he honored his quote. He was very professional, friendly. I could not have been more happy with the install, the time it took, and every part of this was satisfying.

I have been researching lightning rods for several months, as two of my neighbors??? homes have been hit. In one of these cases, the lightning started an attic fire and the fire department had to extinguish smoldering insulation, causing severe water damage to the home.
