William, the owner of this family-run company, is professional and engaging. He responded on the same day I inquired with Home Advisor. Together we walked around my home as he answered my questions and asked my preferences about where to place cables etc. His estimate was below what I expected, so I hired him before getting my customary second estimate. The job was completed the same week, with much attention to detail.

I had some difficulty getting in touch and scheduling the work (only reason for 4 stars in customer svc), but they had urgent family matters which is understandable. They arrived on time on the scheduled day and asked my preferences before beginning the work. The job was completed quickly & efficiently and they did an excellent job! I thought with a smaller home out in the open the lightning rod system would be obvious, but I am pleased that it is barely noticeable. Don't try this at home. Use a pro. They have a wonderful video on their website. The response time from first contact to on-site installation was quick; same day service. Materials were of good quality. Connections and leads were securely fastened. The in-ground connectors were deep and of good materials. The staff was courteous and answered our questions. Clean-up was complete.
