William, the owner of the company called me less than 1/2 hour of me requesting a quote on the Internet through homeadvisor.com. Now that is what I call a lightning fast response. His work and cleanup was completed in a very short time. I loved the fact that he had his 10 year old son was with him helping him and learning the business, to make it a future 4th generation company.. Thank you...????

William, the owner of this family-run company, is professional and engaging. He responded on the same day I inquired with Home Advisor. Together we walked around my home as he answered my questions and asked my preferences about where to place cables etc. His estimate was below what I expected, so I hired him before getting my customary second estimate. The job was completed the same week, with much attention to detail.

I had some difficulty getting in touch and scheduling the work (only reason for 4 stars in customer svc), but they had urgent family matters which is understandable. They arrived on time on the scheduled day and asked my preferences before beginning the work. The job was completed quickly & efficiently and they did an excellent job! I thought with a smaller home out in the open the lightning rod system would be obvious, but I am pleased that it is barely noticeable.
