When I called to inquire about my specific issue and whether they service my brand the customer care rep transferred me to their technician supervisor who very patiently explained not only that they service my brand but actually asked for details and made suggestions as to possible solutions. After setting a service date, there was an email reminder, call the day of the service and the technician was on time, friendly and offered to run thru the AC process with me and how to identify this problem if it arose again. Ed was prompt and professional. It wasn't cheap but he had to go back out on a sunday after we called the fire dept. due to smoke smell coming from vents. I had 4-5 other contractors out before him who couldn't fix it (some who suggested we replace entire system that is only 6 years old), he did, thanks again!
They were very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Work was completed within the timeframe and they cleaned up after, I had an excellent experience with this company.
I received three appraisals before choosing Weathershield. At first, I was concerned about paying a fee upfront but, Now, I know why they received so many 5 stars! The repair man was prompt, very knowledgeable, courteous, and very professional. He told me exactly what he was going to do, how much it would cost and how long it would take to get the job done. Before he left he gave me a few maintenance tips and so far so good.
OFFICE STAFF SHOULD BE ON A JOB SITE TO BETTER INFORM CUSTOMERS OF SERVICES GETTING.
They spent 2hrs. After 5 pm. Looking for the problem. They came on the following morning, fixed the a/c. No extra charges, fair price labor and parts guaranteed.

Responded immediately and arrived early for the appointment.Travis did an excellent job.He explained in detail what and why he was doing.He was always courteous and did a great job.I would definitely recommend their service to others and use them again.
a no problem experience!!. identified the problem visually with me.....gave me my options along with prices to repair. felt comfortable with explanations. i loved their blue booties they put over their shoes so not to dirty my floors!!!!
