The gentlemen who came out to do the Saturday service call were professional and prompt. They were well spoken and took the time to explain what they found and what needed to be done to fix the problem. We fitted a 3 ton Hydrotech heat pump in our condo unit. Weathershield arranged the county permit and condo requirements. Fitted the unit in 4 hours and took the old unit away. We are very pleased with the results. Found Weathershield to be Punctual, professional, and thorough. Will use them to exchane the heat pump in our 2nd condo unit in the same building. Highly recommended.

Replaced the whole A/C at a fair price (no money surprises at invoice time) and in a timely manner. All the people involved were courteous, knowledgeable, professional and very service oriented. They wanted to insure complete satisfaction with the product and the installation. Would recommend them to anybody and plan to use nobody but them in the future if A/C service is needed.
Working with John & his team was a pleasure. They take pride in their work and love to show off the quality to the homeowner. First time I've seen inside this end of my attic. Weathershield assisted me with a new motor for my home air conditioner and a new 7.5 ton unit for my business. They were very prompt and had someone out to meet me within a couple of hours of my service reques. The prices they offered were much better than their competitors. The people in the company were a pleasure to deal with. From the service technicians to the office personnel . I would highly recommend them for superior service, price, and quality products.
Their customer support is amazing. This is what service is all about. It's not just about coming out and fixing a problem it's 50% of that combined with 50% customer service. This company only charged me my initial visit to assess the problem and then worked with me, at no additional cost, to fix the issue. I am content with the service of this company. They confirmed the appointment and showed up ready to work. They were able to provide the licensing and insurance information that the office required to access the roof. Overall they fixed my A/C and thankfully it was an issue that was resolved without any parts needed, and they were professional when explaining the issue and best of all there were no hidden fees or runarounds. Picking a contractor can be intimidating, but this company delivered!
