They called immediately after I hit the submit button and arranged to have someone out to my house within a couple of hours (I had a non critical issue), then called back when an earlier appointment opened and were there quickly. They diagnosed my problem and presented three options to fix it, great service and value and repairs were done the same day.
Came earlier than expected. Very courteous and professional young men. Saw and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Fixed the initial problem then, instead of leaving, they checked the air handler indoors. Found a problem with the fan relay switch and repaired it, again in a matter of minutes. WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE END RESULTS. I SPOKE AT SOME LENGTH ON THE PHONE CONCERNING A PROBLEM THAT TOOK HOURS TO SHOW ITSELF....ONCE THAT HAPPENED, THEY RETURNED AND CORRECTED SITUATION.
