Their customer support is amazing. This is what service is all about. It's not just about coming out and fixing a problem it's 50% of that combined with 50% customer service. This company only charged me my initial visit to assess the problem and then worked with me, at no additional cost, to fix the issue. The dispatcher sent a senior technician on 5/5 at night just to fix the problem. The technician was awesome. I am content with the service of this company. They confirmed the appointment and showed up ready to work. They were able to provide the licensing and insurance information that the office required to access the roof. Overall they fixed my A/C and thankfully it was an issue that was resolved without any parts needed, and they were professional when explaining the issue and best of all there were no hidden fees or runarounds. Picking a contractor can be intimidating, but this company delivered!
He was very efficient and in minuts had determined that the capaciter controlling the compressor fan needed to be replaced. they have one of the least expensive service charge in tghe area.
