I've had to utilize this Clifton Park WellNow three times due to unforeseen injuries and an 2 infections out of nowhere. Every single time, making an appointment was so easy. Walking in someone is always there and they are always pleasant with a smile on their face. And always very helpful. I had a deep cut on my face near my eye. The doctor gave me a few stitches which were rather painless. I got a tetanus shot as well, likewise painless. They gave me great advice for follow up care. I had a very positive experience and I would definitely go there again.
Very easy process of setting up an appointment, and a time to be seen. Front desk staff are always very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The RN’s are always so kind, and helpful. The NP/Physicians are great. I highly recommend Wellnow Urgent Care Clifton Park
When I need urgent care there is no place I else I want to be than wellnow urgent care in Clifton park. I was greeted by Juice with a warm smile and the stress of my situation immediately started to fade. She helped me with my forms and then left me in the hands of Kia. It was the first time I made an appointment. All previous times were walk-in. The appointment was easy to do from their web site. Upon getting to the clinic it was within minutes I was seen. Front desk, primary and doctor were excellent. I would definitely refer someone and continue going to this urgent care clinic. Thank you so much!
