I had a deep cut on my face near my eye. The doctor gave me a few stitches which were rather painless. I got a tetanus shot as well, likewise painless. They gave me great advice for follow up care. I had a very positive experience and I would definitely go there again.
Excellent Urgent Care Facility! I had gone to another Urgent Care to deal with a UTI. Although the treatment was good and the staff pleasant, they prescribed an antibiotic that was too strong and not targeted to my infection. It resulted in 5 days of cramping and diarrhea. I was unable to eat anything without losing it within 10-15 minutes. I thought I may have come down with a virus although otherwise I did not feel sick. Very easy process of setting up an appointment, and a time to be seen. Front desk staff are always very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The RN’s are always so kind, and helpful. The NP/Physicians are great. I highly recommend Wellnow Urgent Care Clifton Park
I woke with a horrific sore throat and made an online appointment with WellNow Urgent Care. It was a first for me, but I was hurting and concerned with my diagnosis as I am my mom's caregiver and didn't want to make her sick. I was seen within 15-20 minutes. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and professional. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make my experience comfortable. I usually dread going to WellNow because my experiences in the past have felt rushed and not very helpful. That was completely different with Lauren Raylinsky. She was not only incredibly thorough—running all appropriate tests, doing multiple swabs, and a full physical exam—but she also took the time to listen and validate everything I was experiencing.
