I came in on a Friday evening. There was very little wait (around 15 minutes), and the front desk staff were kind and patient. The online system for securing your place in line is very convenient. I was seen by Angelina Miseno-callaghan who was amazing. I am a chronic illness patient so I encounter many doctors, and often when going to urgent care I encounter doctors of which who instantly dismiss me, don't listen to my concerns, or make me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I came into urgent care with very bad abdominal pain. I'm here for work and miles away from Georgia. The staff was amazing the np was amazing the site manager was amazing as well i felt comfortable all my questions and concerns where answered. I was a walk in got there at 8am left at 9 and i had a few test that needed to be ran. I recommend this facility.

I found out yesterday I had to get a PCR test to get a procedure on Monday. No negative PCR test take on Friday and no procedure on Monday. So I was freaking out to say the least. I found out that Well Now does PCR test. I called them up. The only thing I didn't like was their "automated artificial intelligent phone answer" whichh pretends they're human being and then clicks the computer keypads when they're done. I've been to WellNow at Clifton Park, NY twice, both times I was seen immediately. they have a welcoming and caring staff...thank you WellNow and thank you staff!

Had to bring my 7 year old to get COVID tested do to exposure in school but also had to do it quick because I I was do to go into the hospital to give birth. Called and got in and we had Emily S last time we had to go and get tested my daughter was scared to death so when we had to go this time she asked if Emily could come in again and hold her hand. This urgent care has a great system to get as many people tested for covid each day as possible while also still supporting patients that need to be seen otherwise. They are rarely behind schedule for booked appointments and also have a great waitlist process. They are very thorough in their testing.

This is a nearly brand new building - it is very nicely appointed. That is something I noticed while there. The staff were professional and wanted to help. It was easy to get in and see a PA and overall I'd go back if need be.

I had such a wonderful experience here. I went in to get my Covid-19 antibody test and all the staff was so wonderful and patient. I am a nervous blood drawer and they were so sweet and made me feel at ease. Very happy with my experience during such a trying time.

Staff here is quick, professional, and friendly! We walked in and completed paperwork, then was shown back to the room promptly. We were made comfortable. There was a tv in the room with lots of channels. The lobby had coffee, tea, water, and slushees! Our medical assistant was super awesome as well as the front desk staff. The location is convenient and everything in the building seems new and clean. There's a pac man game too that can keep kids busy if they are waiting. What a wonderful experience!
