I came here with a very painful sore throat - they did a rapid test that came back negative and the woman I spoke to took a swap to send a lab and then sent me home with nothing.there was a dead roach on the floor of the exam room. The pain got so bad the next night that i couldn't drink water without pouring through my nose so I returned and took another rapid test (negative) and another swab to send to a lab as well as 10 days of antibiotics. There is nothing urgent happening here!! OMG! I have never seen anything like it. The place was only half full and no one is being called!! I brought my daughter in for an issue around 2:00. we were told it would be around 4:30 before anyone would be able to see her. so we sat there thinking, ok we'll wait. about 20 minutes later we were called to the desk where we were told it would now be 6:00 before she would be seen! I went to this Urgent Care for a COVID test on Monday. I received a positive result Tuesday and called to see if there was an anti-viral medication or something that could assist me with my symptoms. The woman on the phone asked no questions about my symptoms, but said there was nothing they could do for a virus, even COVID and then hung up on me. WellNow surprised me by having me see a doctor, when all I requested was a COVID-19 test, which is supposed to be at no cost.  The company provided no statement to me or on their web site at the time of scheduling, nor at the facility, that a doctor's visit was part of the COVID-19 test. I did not request to see a doctor.  They also did not inform me that a co-pay would be required as part of the COVID-19 test that they are attributing to the doctor's visit. the most humiliating and unprofessional experience ever. they were very slow and the nurse was talking about me to another nurse while being frustrated she had to help me. I felt dehumanized and was treated like I was a liar. DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR DRUG TESTS!

Talk about different experiences with different providers. First visit was delightful with a knowledgeable practitioner who could quote clinical information. Second time in was a total waste of time and money. We should have stayed home. While We understand there are conflicting opinions on the flu it would make sense that someone coming to your ferm infested location is looking for an actual diagnosis not yeah they all have itt not worth testing.
