Very quick & friendly service. No wait at all. Very clean. Very nice amenities in case your wait is longer than mine was: arcade game cabinet, Keurig-like hot beverage machine, massage chairs, &, last but not least, a real Slush Puppie machine! I was given a thorough exam & what seems like the best course of treatment. I was seen by a P.A., not an M.D., which I was initially a bit weary of, but he had good, professional bedside manner & seemed quite knowledgeable about my issue that I was being seen for. Get in quickly. However....my experiences with the nurses they have doing vitals have been NOT good. First time, I had a young girl that didn't even know how to take blood pressure correctly, and today, I had an older troll of a woman who I think was literally on the spectrum (not meant to be an insult- there are plenty of great jobs for people with autism. Did an online paperwork made an appointment and still three hours later? No service! I will never come here again! I suggest you don't either!

I went in for a TB test and when I went back today to have the test read, they told me they could not find me in the system. They lost all my patient information..that is extremely concerning. Especially because now I probably have to have another test. :(

Such a waste of time. THERE IS NO TRIAGE. IT'S FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. If you have a real urgent need you will likely not get the proper care in a timely manner. This is dangerous and puts peoples lives at risk. They don't even do blood work or give IV fluids. This place should not be called urgent care as it is not a place for any real urgent medical care. Furthermore, a physicians assistant is not a physician and they are certainly not as qualified as a nurse practitioner. Wellnow is dangerous and for your safety I strongl... read more

I brought my 78 year old sister who was barely able to walk and had a lot of confusion going on. whe we walked in there was a receptionist and I briefly told her what was going on. she told us to have a seat in the waiting area and she would register us soon. as I sat there I realized there was what appeared to be a check in station so I went to it and saw that was what it was. I can't even begin to describe the terrible service I, well didn't really receive any service there. I was feeling ill, took a COVID test, which came out negative (no surprise, I have every covid vaccine since they became available). I was coughing up phlegm of various colors, had a really odd feeling throat - dry but not sore - and I was weary! This started last Thursday, the 28th of September. Very unprofessional & rude staff .I waited over 2 hours to be seen... turned out that they "didnt realize I was there" even though i was sitting in plain sight and was the only patient in the room 90% of the time . The tech that gave me 'care' had no personality & talked to me in a tone like I was wasting her time. I should have gone to MaltaMed instead

My wife twisted her knee and it was twice the normal size from swelling. We went here at 7:08pm and they turned us away saying the wait time exceeds their business hours when they close at 8:30pm. Looking in the waiting room there was no one waiting and only 3 cars in the parking lot (most likely theirs.) As we were leaving we noticed 3 people in the back with their coats on ready to go home for the night. Over an hour before closing? Not to mention the attitude from the staff who has no respect.
