I could not have asked for a better experience. I was out of town, visiting my son and his family. I woke up with an excruciating UTI. The receptionist was pleasant and assisted me in the registration process. Both the LPN and PA providers were efficient and empathetic. I was very grateful for everyone's kindness and professionalism. Within 2 hours, I was back at my son's house, which included a stop to the local pharmacy.

Efficient professional and caring. Highly recommend. So much better than all other urgent care options. Check here first. You will be glad you did. In addition to excellent medical care , they provide thoughtful extras to make the patient experience great … stickers , coloring pages and slushies for the kids as well as complimentary coffee and snacks. Website is also very helpful to check wait time and check in ahead of time.

Like all things in life when you are respectful and met with respect, the whole interaction between staff and patient goes smoothly and everyone has a better time. I had stopped in to get my eye checked out worrying it was pink eye. The staff at the desk were kind and offered a tablet so I could see the documents I was filling out better. After going to 4 different urgent cares/doctors for a sore throat that got worse everyday, I went to WellNow. I took a strep test which was negative, and was told fluids and rest by all of the other places and was told that a Mono test was not necessary. WellNow tested me for Mono and it came back positive, I was so relieved to know what was wrong with me after the refusal of that test from everyone else. Although they did not take my insurance it was worth the visit, not to mention everyone there was so friendly.

We always have the best experience at this Well Now Urgent Care location. For years they have been so amazing with their talent and special care from Covid test to x-rays. They are incredible. Absolutely everyone that works there are the most professional.
