Both times I have been here, once for my son and I, and then once for myself, they were quick and listened to any concerns or explanations etc I had. Didn’t rush through the appointment and made me feel like we actually mattered and weren’t just another set of patients rolling through there. Was highly satisfied both times with our care and efficiency.

My appointment was handled well from start to finish. Rose and Carrie made me feel at home as they prepared me for and carried out diagnostic services. I appreciate that I was able to schedule my appointment online and that the staff member at the front desk handled my appointment efficiently and effectively. I was treated with care and respect during every aspect of my visit. My prescription was arranged before I left the office. Thank you WellNow Urgent Care!

I had an exceptional experience at WellNow. From the moment I walked in, the staff (Lauren and Andrew) were friendly, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The provider, Kari, listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel cared for. I was in and out in no time without feeling rushed. It’s reassuring to know there’s a place like this when you need prompt medical attention. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from the receptionist to the nurse and Mrs Snook. I only wished they all were a primary care facility instead of an urgent care. Highly recommend if you are in need of an urgent care.

I absolutely Hate coming here- but only because I come when I'm messed up really bad. The staff here are all wonderful and so nice! As with any place, you are better off scheduling an appointment online, but even if you don't the wait time is not bad at all. Very professional, clean, safe atmosphere. Everyone is outrageously nice, not fake nice either like actually empathetic to your issues. The slushy machine is a nice perk to! Thank you!
