My appointment was handled well from start to finish. Rose and Carrie made me feel at home as they prepared me for and carried out diagnostic services. I appreciate that I was able to schedule my appointment online and that the staff member at the front desk handled my appointment efficiently and effectively. Both times I have been here, once for my son and I, and then once for myself, they were quick and listened to any concerns or explanations etc I had. Didn’t rush through the appointment and made me feel like we actually mattered and weren’t just another set of patients rolling through there. Was highly satisfied both times with our care and efficiency.
I was very pleased with my experience. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from the receptionist to the nurse and Mrs Snook. I only wished they all were a primary care facility instead of an urgent care. Highly recommend if you are in need of an urgent care.
Was impressed with this location! Went for an employment drug screening. Less than 5 min wait time on a Saturday no less. Friendly, organized, professional staff! Kudos on the slushy machine great way to calm those kiddos visiting great marketing!
The woman my son saw, I apologize cause I don't remember her name, but she was fantastic. Kids get sick so often so I've had my fair share of experiences with health care providers. Enough to make me not have much hope when I take him because far too many have been so dismissive but this woman took her time. She explained and re explained things for me with nothing but concern.
