Great facility, very friendly staff and we were in an out in like 45 minutes. This urgent care just opened a few months ago. Free coffee and slushies for the kids. Very comfortable waiting room and state of the art equipment. Definitely our new go to place for urgent care needs!
I wrote a review on 5/1/26 regarding unethical billing being done by WellNow Urgent Care in Fairport. (see below for initial review) The Business Owner (initially listed as Morgan G ) responded same day asking to please email them at wecare@wellnow.com to "make things right". I emailed them that same day. As of today, 5/6/26, I still have not received a response. Why do they ask someone to email them if they have no intention of replying! Avoid this place! Customer service is not important to them!

Underhanded, unethical things are being done by their billing dept! Avoid them at all costs! I went in for a UTI back in Dec 2025, paid a co-pay & was seen and prescribed antibiotics. I was told they would still send to lab for culture which is normal to confirm a UTI. However I received a bill for $800.31 not even a week later for tests that were not needed and I was never informed about! I'm sick and they turned me away because their insurance reader is down for my type of insurance only. I am really sick and have to goto the hospital at this point to get any care? What is your facility for? To turn people away with valid insurance if they do not make with money. This is a terrible place.

I have gone to this urgent care three different times now, since it's the closest to my home. My last visit left me question why I don't drive a little further to try a different urgent care. The good: I was seem relatively quickly each time The front desk person is very friendly The bad: Billing issues. I was billed for items that weren't done. 2 months later- no reply to the email that WellNow said to contact. I have emailed multiple times and once got a call. The number to call back dumps you into an endless system of choose this, choose that and then puts you on hold for 40 minutes before I gave up. No priority for customers, no personal call back number, no reply to out reach. No concern about resolving problems caused by their own mistakes. Definitely not going to WellNow ever again.

Awful service, receptionists are rude and on their phones, not even doing their jobs. It took me about 2 hours to even get in
Very very slow. Rude staff the front staff member rolled her eyes at me. Over an hour in waiting room. They took a man back with sinus infection before an animal bite. They had no concern that I had a sick horse and needed to in and out. The staff was just standing and laughing at the desk. The pa not even a doctor was very rude I told her I can only take antibiotics at night because they make Me very nauseous.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. The staff were incredibly condescending and unhelpful. They told me I would have a 2 hour wait time even though the waiting room was empty. And they also said that I would have to pay for everything out of pocket.
