I had made an appointment online and when I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the receptionist (I'm sorry, but i don't remember your name). Wait time was minimal with 2 ahead of me. I was greeted cheerfully by Josh, who took my vitals, etc. Then Erin came in and asked about my symptoms, told me what the treatment would be, called in the script to the pharmacy, and gave me my paperwork. All within a little over an hour. Everyone involved wished me a "feel better soon". Thank you all for your kindness and promptness!
Although there can be a long wait time, that really doesn't negatively affect my review. I understand that waiting and being patient is important when receiving care. Sarah, the nurse that I saw, as well as Erin, the nurse practitioner who took care of me, were absolutely wonderful. So was the lovely woman at the front desk. I’ve always had excellent experiences here, whether for myself or my children. Yesterday Josh, a medical assistant, did my intake and was so pleasant, kind and sympathetic. Erin, the FNP who treated me, was extremely friendly while being professional, going above and beyond what I considered to be her job. She was caring and concerned, wanting me to be comfortable. I didn't hesitate going there yesterday when my primary wasn’t able to fit me in and I’m glad I didn’t. Thanks to Josh & Erin for taking such good care of me!!
Went to WellNow urgent care in total misery. First of all the wait time was less then 20 minutes and I had no appointment. I was seen by Kathryn and right away she saw the problem. She prescribed medication and for the 1st time in months I felt relief. I had a sinus infection so severe my face was swollen. She listened and ruled out other possibilities by swabbed testing. I 'm so glad I went. Holidays are looking and feeling a lot better for me!
Despite my reasoning for having to come here. This was by far my best visit in a very long time at this location. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor Was more than pleasant. Although this was an unpleasant visit for myself being sick, nothing about it was upsetting. The receptionist spoke quietly when discussing personal business of mine.
