I Opted for the online appointment scheduling, and filled out forms before my arrival. Once I arrived, check in was easy, and within a minute or two I was in an exam room. Facility was clean and inviting. The staff were professional, friendly, and resolved my issue adequately. Nice location with ample parking.
I went to the WellNow thinking I had the flu, the team there were so nice and friendly. From the receptionist’s, to the Aid who did my vitals,(she was so kind), and the NP Kristina Christopher was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, great bedside manner, actually seemed so concerned, she didn’t rush me out when my test came back negative for the flu, she dug deeper to find out why I was so sick. I could not have been happier with this location. I needed to have my 87 year old father checked out after not being able to shake his cold. Everyone was soooo busy and the place was packed. But everyone was kind and thorough and very very efficient!!! We had a little bit of a wait but the communication was there letting us know just how long it would be. Both the nurse and Dr we saw were both patient kind and make sure they took the time to check him out!
The location opened at exactly 8am as scheduled. I was so happy because I was in a lot of pain. The receptionist was very kind and accommodating. I was able to go back right away. The PA that saw me was very knowledgeable and very nice. She prescribed me medication to help with my pain and swelling.
I made an appointment for the same day, was seen promptly. Even though short staffed, everyone was friendly and kind. The NP was great, I was very pleased with the care I received. He even made sure I could make it to my pharmacy just before they closed so I could start treatment right away. I would definitely go back.
