I’m a veteran and get my health care at the VA Hospital. I’m not feeling well and my provider told me since they can’t fit me in to be seen today that I can go to a WellNow and gave me this location as the closest to me. I made a 3:48pm appointment. When I explained the above to the woman at the front desk, she told me WellNow is a private company and I have to have insurance to be seen. I made an appointment for the same day, was seen promptly. Even though short staffed, everyone was friendly and kind. The NP was great, I was very pleased with the care I received. He even made sure I could make it to my pharmacy just before they closed so I could start treatment right away. I would definitely go back.
Don't waste your time. Had an appointment at 4:12, did everything online so i was prepared, arrived early, wasn't brought into a room till almost 6pm, wasn't seen at all and left at 6:15 cause I was in pain and figured I'd have better luck elsewhere. When I walked out there was 1 lady behind the desk and NOONE to be seen except a full lobby of patients also waiting. They were also blasting music like it was a club back there. Pretty much posting this so it can be a reminder to never go back
Kathryn Stawick, was very pleasant and friendly practitioner. If she ever has her own family physician business I would definitely join there. Caring and compassionate individual. Her mannerisms very professional. I was not waiting long there at all. The whole staff from the front desk to the individual who prepared the vitals for her where also very pleasant.
I could not have been happier with this location. I needed to have my 87 year old father checked out after not being able to shake his cold. Everyone was soooo busy and the place was packed. But everyone was kind and thorough and very very efficient!!! We had a little bit of a wait but the communication was there letting us know just how long it would be. Both the nurse and Dr we saw were both patient kind and make sure they took the time to check him out!
