I have had great experiences at this facility and appreciate it. There is rarely ever any wait, so you're seen quickly. They respectfully listen to the patient and resolve medical issues smoothly. I also bring my daughter here and she feels comfortable. Recommend

I had to visit the NFBlvd location three times over a 3 week period. Each time I created an appointment time online (simple process) and each time I was attended to within minutes of arriving. The staff is kind, professional and attentive. Treatment was provided and none of the visits lasted more than a half hour. I have zero complaints about this location.

While the staff was very nice and helpful at 3190 Niagara Falls Blvd location, I am not thrilled with trying to get test results. And definitely not a fan of the virtual assistant process. I tried using the virtual assistant 2 times, once while trying to get a link to make an appointment. The assistant read back my phone number before stating I would get a text with the link for appointments. Well it never came. I found it online myself. The nurses are exceptional....very caring and concerned. I have very bad anxiety and the nurse was right there for me the whole time, even when I needed to remind her of a new medication I was on and she came running. I highly recommend this particular Well Now on Niagara Falls Blvd... in Niagara Falls, Tonowanda. Thank you one again

Great with reception area , very friendly nurse that came to do vitals Dr. Hopkins should not be a physician he is very short with his patients he does not let you get a word in edgewise and not very professional I would never go back to that MASH urgent care again if he was there.

I saw Dr. Saburo Okazaki and he was amazing. I wish he did private medicine as well as I would switch to him in a second. This location was amazing and friendly hard to come by a lot these days with how many people are coming in and out. The entire staff was great. Thank you for everything.

Always fast and friendly. I have to hit them up several times a year for sinus infections, and now have added COVID tests to that. I'm almost always in and out of here in under 15 minutes, even when they are busy. However, when I have come in with more serious issues, they always take the time to discuss treatment and have a great bedside manner. ***I have to note that they have now set up their own testing/website for the PCR COVID tests instead of using the My Boston Heart website, so results are now back in around 24 hou... read more

I have been to the NFalls location twice this year. Once for myself and yesterday with my husband who needed an upper arm X-ray. It was Sunday, and we didn't want to wait to see his primary. The entire staff welcomed us and my husband was seen immediately. Britt and Tyler assisted the PA Steven who was well versed in my husband's medical condition and injury. The office is spotless and very professional. I would highly recommend this medical establishment and will definitely return in the future should the need arise.

I went in here this morning at 9 for a company physical. I had called earlier for an appointment but they said they didn't take appointments to just come in so I did. There didn't happen to be anyone ahead of me so I didn't have to wait to get started. It's a very new and large facility. I filled out the necessary paperwork and got my examination completed and it took about one hour and 15 minutes. It may have been just a bit longer than some others I've had but all in all it was a good experience.
