If you are ill, DO NOT GO to this "urgent" care facility. They were not busy, but it still took 50 minutes to be seen and I even had an appointment. There were several young female staff members standing around giggling and not paying any attention to patients, very unprofessional! I've had some decent experiences with efficient diagnoses and care on weekdays. Please save yourself the pain and do not come on a Sunday. We arrived with a scheduled appointment. I was not called into the office room until 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment. By the time the appointment was done I had been in the urgent care for about 3 hours. Not expected at all! I am a medical professional, I have scheduled in advance appointment at 11 am for pre employment physical examination and labs I arrived 15 minutes early and still waiting to be seen at 1230 pm. This is NOT trauma level 1 center or busy ER, so if you like to be greeted by disorganized yawning staff on their phones, late provider, 1.5 - 2 hours delays.... than this is the place to be,

Updating my review for a second time. My wife went in on Sunday with a 102 fever and they only tested her for strep ( it was negative of course) and when asking for a note to stay out of work on Monday after giving her a hard time about it they finally did. Well Guess what? She's still sick 2 days later and when she goes to her own doctor she tests positive for Flu A. Her real doctor is furious and will be putting a word in. This is supposed to be a walk-in facility. That is the purpose of Urgent Care. If I need an appointment I will do that with my Primary Care. They have a complicated online process to make pre-registration. Every time you visit this place is the same you will need to go through a long registration process with a non-friendly system. Please change your business name. Remove the word "Urgent". I have been here a few times in the past. I will never return however. Just like restaurants, this facility has opted for. QR code to check in. I went through the prompts and was then brought to a screen to pay $190. My insurance has an attached HRA that pays all deductibles so no out of pocket is necessary. This wasn't an issue in the past but, with the new system, the employees had no options to bypass the payment and bill the insurance. NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY!!! Come in and forced to use app to register and won't talk to you until you fill out all information. Sign in process is worst - talk about no personal care- can't even talk to someone until you give your information.

This is a supposed "walk-in" clinic yet you need appointments? This place is a joke. They turned away my 8 year old son who pretty much has strep (don't know yet because they wouldn't take him in) because we didn't have an appointment. He's 8. He is in so much pain he's crying and they denied him services. How are you supposed to make an appointment when you don't know when you're going to get sick?
