NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY!!! Come in and forced to use app to register and won't talk to you until you fill out all information. Sign in process is worst - talk about no personal care- can't even talk to someone until you give your information.

This is a supposed "walk-in" clinic yet you need appointments? This place is a joke. They turned away my 8 year old son who pretty much has strep (don't know yet because they wouldn't take him in) because we didn't have an appointment. He's 8. He is in so much pain he's crying and they denied him services. How are you supposed to make an appointment when you don't know when you're going to get sick? Came in for a basic DOT physical with a 2:00 appointment did not get any attention nor talk to until 3:15 still sitting at 3:50 it is a joke. Took my mom here due to chills and fever. The tech did both covid tests. One was negative and one we were told wouldn't come back for a couple days. Physicians Assistant came in. Stated my mom had covid and to wait for test results but said, "Yea, she has Covid". And sent her home with no discharge instructions other than verbally saying, "she has to eat her meals in her room by herself". That was it. She didn't check for anything else. I needed 2 routine tests done for pre-surgery clearance, checked their website which indicated they offer these tests. Scheduled an appointment, took time off from work and when I got there to check in they said the don't do these tests on a routine basis! Total waste of time! very unhappy!

Everyone was nice there except for the MD I saw. I take proper precautions for COVID but had an exposure and was shamed about my situation. He laughed at me then proceeded to give me a lecture about the pandemic like I don't understand what's going on. I was already upset about the exposure and was being safe by getting tested. Would not recommend.
