From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly and competent. The nurse Kathy came in and assessed my issue and the PA. Erin came in within 5 minutes Both listened to my issue and questioned appropriately to determine the next course of action. Erin explained how I can get my lab results on line. I would highly recommend the Hamburg WellNow. I would suggest making an appointment I do believe it helps 5 stars!!!

I was stung/bit by a ground hornet in the hand yesterday. Once my face started to swell, we went to well now in Hamburg. I was seen immediately and the nurse had a kit ready for whatever the doctor wanted. She even said she had the steroid shot right here if that was recommended. I hardly felt it. I felt I was in very good care. I highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment via their online portal yesterday around 2PM for an appointment at 6PM, and was able to contact someone in the office regarding a question about what I had to bring in terms of insurance. I arrived about 20 minutes early and checked in, but while I was waiting a child came in with a cut on his hand, so they asked me to switch to a virtual visit, which I agreed to. Came in this morning as a walk-in and totally understood there would be a wait. I was seen within 45 minutes. Everyone I came in contact with was beyond pleasant. The PA was thorough and fast! I was prescribed medication based on my symptoms and I am already feeling better. Very thankful for this Well Now and and very happy with my experience.

Hamburg well now Dr/PAs are amazing !! They are 2 for 2 FiVE star rating from me !! !! I'm from out of state. Needed care 2 different times 2 totally different issues . Most recent was with Dr/PA Nycole . She was simply AMAZiNG!! Loved her ! Totally made me feel comfortable. Quality of care was outstanding very thorough . Prior visit was Dr/PA Anthony he was wonderful as well . Quality of care from these Dr we're outstanding ! I Would so recommend this office !!! .

The staff was both friendly & very professional. Fortunately I had made an appointment earlier in the day & was seen in a timely manner, even though it obviously very busy. The NP who treated me was very thorough and explained everything very well. I would definitely use this facility again for any non life threatening emergencies.

I came in for a COVID test and couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff was friendly, efficient and answered all of my questions. The new location in Hamburg is super convenient for anyone who lives in the Southtowns. I highly recommend them!

When my 85 yo MIL was experiencing bladder infection symptoms we were immediately concerned about Covid and going to the ER. WellNow is a great alternative to the ER. The Hamburg office is the closest to our house in Lake View. I did not know if they were open because the last time I drove by they were still being built. But a quick check of the website said they were indeed ready for patients with a 50 minute wait. When we got there we were able to park right in front of the door and got inside very easily. Broke foot. Went to Wellnow. No x-ray tech. Sent to hospital for x-ray and an additional bill. Got Wellnow bill. Outrages prices. Tried to set up payment plan. Online portal would not recognize acct #. Customer service is all foreign and take forever to pull accounts and help u. Have attempted 3X to get a payment plan. Said someone would call me back. No call after 2 weeks. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
