Broke foot. Went to Wellnow. No x-ray tech. Sent to hospital for x-ray and an additional bill. Got Wellnow bill. Outrages prices. Tried to set up payment plan. Online portal would not recognize acct #. Customer service is all foreign and take forever to pull accounts and help u. Have attempted 3X to get a payment plan. Said someone would call me back. No call after 2 weeks. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I wanted to write a 5 star review about the young man behind the front counter. My boyfriend and I visited this location yesterday for a swollen eye and Jeff was so kind offering to help us get checked in and making sure we were taken care of. The provider flushed his eye and ultimately told him to return back here tomorrow if it persists but apparently didn't see it fit to prescribe medications. We were not pleased with this AT ALL. It sounds like I had the same problem as others. I totally understand scanning the QR code to check in when they are busy, but then when no one is waiting, and as I walk in and woman at the desk decides to leave her post and I see her in the back just chit chatting with others, it's disheartening. After about 10 minutes of me obvious struggling (when I am sick and in ridiculous pain), she comes back to her post and I ask her if there is any other way to do this. I've only been there once in my life while visiting family in the summer of 2021. We had Covid symptoms and went in for a COVID-19 swab test which was free back then. My insurance also told me it was fully covered, since it was in the middle of the pandemic. Fast forward THREE YEARS LATER I receive a letter from a collection agency. Unbelievable. For $100. No X-rays at this urgent care! Walked in. Was told scan QR code. Ok great. Did all that. Wrote it was an injury. Time said 20 minute wait. Great! Then another person came in 30 minutes later and I hear them tell them that there is no X-ray tech. Don't worry you get a "fast pass" to orchard park WellNow. So now I'm like I'm here for an X-ray. Today I took my daughter for what I thought was a simple strept test. I was greeted by 2 people at the front desk, but had to fill out and take pictures of my own insurance card. I asked if they could just scan it but I was told I had to use a phone or iPad. After filling that out and being brought back for my "appointment" I was told my daughter had to see a telemedicine provider or wait an hour. I agreed to the telemedicine provider reluctantly. First of all, the waiting room was completely empty. The doctors were chitchatting when we walked in, they told us to scan a barcode, and it would take us 20 minutes to fill out the information that typically the front desk person does herself. After 20 minutes, they asked for payment, when I questioned how long we were going to be there, they said well we have one reservation ahead of you so 45 min to 1.5 hours . I took my 3 year old there bc had an eye infection and we got turned away bc of a balance that ik was paid. I told them are u really gonna turn away a child the rude and unprofessional receptionist said yeah. I have never been treated with such disrespect and attitude!! From one parent to another don't take your child or come to think of it any family member there!!
