I arrived at wellnow at 10:30 am, lady with fake eyelashes took my name,dob and phone number, told me to wait in car and they would call me but I told her I do not have cell phone, she said she would come get me. at 11:45 i went back in to see if I should come back later but she told me I was next and to wait in lounge area. at 1pm I went back to desk and talked to another girl who said she called me but I never responded...she at least found a room so I would be more comfortable. Yes we are in a two year pandemic where everyone is getting tested for covid. I get it! As a healthcare worker I know it's frustrating; however I just went in for my work drug screen and waited for an hour. When I went up to the desk to let the secretary know I had to use the restroom and ask how much longer for the drug screen. She told me I was at the wrong location. I cannot believe how ridiculous my experience was today when trying to get a covid test. I tried to schedule an appointment online and said there were none available, I tried calling and you only get a robot. The website advertises walk-ins so I walked in at 1:30pm to get a test and even though I have symptoms and confirmed recent exposure, they turned me away and told me to come back later. Came here to get some answers on a sinus infection bc of ending up with vertigo. Told the PA how i was feeling and Was cut off from talking and given a 30 second exam in which she said nothing except insulted me about my tongue bc of something that happened to me when I was a baby. After the exam, she walked out and when she came back I was told I just have a sinus infection and have to ride it out and to feel better. My doctor sent me to this location due to chest pain and breathing issues, went in to sign in and immediately got sent to car COVID mind you was already tested yesterday negative, So I'm sitting in my car at this point over an hour, just called oh your chart is right here 15 more minutes has passed not sure how much longer it will be DO NOT COME HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY YOULL BE SENT TO YOUR CAR AND FORGOTTEN!!!

Went to Well now for testing .. reception people were very friendly and sociable. The nurse on the other hand was Not. ... She never even introduced herself. She took my blood pressure thru my thick sweatshirt , didn't even put her stethoscope in my antecubital area.. REALLY?!?!?!... The PA was at least friendly ,sociable ,and knowledgeable... Sorry won't recommend them to anyone . What a disappointment.

Entered describing symptoms and request COVID test and was advise I needed an appointment, even though the site clearly said WALK-ins are welcome. I made an appointment for 2days later @11. I arrive and wait 1 hour and then told they take urgent care patients first. I informed I tried that 2 days ago and was advise only appointments .
