I had an issue with a good sized fishing hook. I made to WellNow Urgent Care. I walked in, made the staff aware of my situation, and they took me in right away! Once I was examined, I was given a small tablet to enter my data. This task was pretty simple. It only took a few minutes for the staff to resolve my situation. Highly skilled professionals. I appreciate the professionalism. I'm very thankful.
I had a good experience with Carolyn NP, she was very thoughtful even though she was alone in seeing several clients. The area I was in was clean, the receptionist that checked me in was also polite, as well as the person doing my vitals, and getting my history. No complaints from me. Thanks for the excellent care I received ❤️
My husband Richard went to Well Now Urgent care yesterday, and the service was great. The staff very friendly and professional. We were a walk in and only had to wait 25 minutes before Richard was seen and he was given x-rays and was taken care of. Even recommend a doctor for a follow up. We were very surprised and pleased with the care.
There was nothing "urgent" about urgent care. I was stuck there for 3 hours. The place was filthy. Water cooler visibly dirty, floors visibly dirty including used medical supplies on the floor. I was diagnosed with bronchitis. I asked for a steroid or inhaler and was told no because it was too early, and maybe if I was still sick in a couple weeks that I could come back to be treated. The staff were friendly. The facility is clean. The clinician was sweet, professional and thorough. The service was very quick, So I was able to get home quickly to recuperate. Thank you for a great patient experience.
