I had a phenomenal experience during my civil service exam. The staff were all very friendly! They only had one physician on duty and still provided great care with a smile. I would absolutely refer any of my family or friends to see Michael Montagna. He has excellent taste in music!
Making an appointment to checking in online was super simple and quick. I waited less than 10 minutes from time I arrived to the clinic to being called back. All the staff was super friendly. Thank you for being wonderful and helping me get back to feeling better!
I walked in and in place to being greeted by reception, the girl at the desk did not make eye contact with me and said "its a two hour wait." Then looked up shocked i didn't leave. IT was very hard to get check in. I only really waited about 30 min and that was fine. I'm just confused why i was told the wait was going to be so long. I had a good experience with Carolyn NP, she was very thoughtful even though she was alone in seeing several clients. The area I was in was clean, the receptionist that checked me in was also polite, as well as the person doing my vitals, and getting my history. No complaints from me. Thanks for the excellent care I received ❤️
I have to Wellnow on a couple of occasions now and both times have been very pleased with the care I received. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and reassuring, from the receptionist to the provider. I almost appreciate being able to make an appt online and fill out the paperwork ahead of time. The provider was thorough and answered all the questions I had; I felt heard and did not feel rushed at all.
