Making an appointment to checking in online was super simple and quick. I waited less than 10 minutes from time I arrived to the clinic to being called back. All the staff was super friendly. Thank you for being wonderful and helping me get back to feeling better!
I was there on a very busy day but I was seen by the doctor after only a 15 minute wait. I strongly recommend registering online, as I did. The doctor took her time examining me after listening patiently to me describe my symptoms. She explained her diagnosis, a respiratory virus, in detail and told me what to expect as it runs it's course. She asked about my health history before prescribing a cough suppressant that would not interact badly with my existing prescriptions. I walked in and in place to being greeted by reception, the girl at the desk did not make eye contact with me and said "its a two hour wait." Then looked up shocked i didn't leave. IT was very hard to get check in. I only really waited about 30 min and that was fine. I'm just confused why i was told the wait was going to be so long. I think they where trying to turn people away for some reason? The building was SUPER dirty. The bathroom smelled like someone died in it. Poop was smeared all over the place. I have to Wellnow on a couple of occasions now and both times have been very pleased with the care I received. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and reassuring, from the receptionist to the provider. I almost appreciate being able to make an appt online and fill out the paperwork ahead of time. The provider was thorough and answered all the questions I had; I felt heard and did not feel rushed at all.
I had a good experience with Carolyn NP, she was very thoughtful even though she was alone in seeing several clients. The area I was in was clean, the receptionist that checked me in was also polite, as well as the person doing my vitals, and getting my history. No complaints from me. Thanks for the excellent care I received ❤️
