By the time I was done registering, I was taken to an exam room. The nurse took vitals and ask about my medical history. After she was done, she said Dr would be right in. It had to be at most, maybe 2 minutes. Michael made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. Heck, I felt better after just talking to him, haha. You are so lucky to have him. I was recommended to WellNow and your staff hit it out of the park. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
The whole staff was great. They were very kind and understanding. The PA was great went in with a sore throat but ended up testing positive for Covid they were very understanding and helpful.
It was around the holidays, so there was a good bit of a wait time, but while we were in there waiting with her child, a lady came around offering snacks and drinks had no charge. This is one of the nurses and was a very nice welcoming thing to do. When we were in to see the doctor, she was very informative and diagnosed us properly and got us all the medication we needed to celebrate our holidays Without being sick
The x-ray tech helped us get an appointment at a time when an in person physician would be there. When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly, the physician was kind and understanding and explained the results so well. The X-ray tech who had helped us the day prior went above and beyond. He was so great with my teenage son, he was friendly and so very helpful! 10 stars for the staff.
Doctor Michael and his assistant/nurse were wonderful! I am grateful for their kind, courteous, professional and wonderful attention and care! I was comforted feeling I was in good hands!
