This place is horrible!!! My daughter went here for a covid test and arrived at 11:45am on a Saturday morning and checked in online as she was advised too. The most amount of people ahead of her on line were 28. She was told by employees inside the urgent care center to wait in her car and that she would be called when it was her turn and not to leave the parking lot and if she was not there when they called she would lose her turn and be placed at the end of the line. Went to this place after I experienced a lot of swelling and severe pain in my hand, they sent me home with the diagnosis of a BRUISE after barely glancing at it. Two days later I went to fox hospital, and they determined it was an infection and sent me home with an antibiotic that wasn't strong enough to even kill strep and an opioid for the pain. Two days later I had to drive down one-handed to Long Island to go to Stonybrook hospital and ended up there for five days with IV antibiotics and 12 blood tests. Charges a huge c... read more

this place is a joke.... unprofessional lazy staff! they sat around eating and talking about their personal lives as their waiting room filled up. I guess you don't need any experience in the medical field to work there.... who hired these people?
