The "doctor" I had wasn't even medically trained, he was a PA. I had something wrong with my eye and wanted to get it checked out. All he did was finger tests to see if I could follow his finger, and asked if it hurt and I said it did a little bit. Didn't even do any actual tests on my eye. He leaves and comes back and tells me I need to go to the emergency room quickly because I have cellulitis of the right orbit, he made that diagnosis just by looking at it. Not happy. went in last week cause my hand was swollen and red. I was in so much pain. I thought my hand was infected. They told me I had either trigger finger or a bruised bone. By the next day I was in the ER. I had septic Joint!!! Spent 3 days in the ER on IV antibiotics. I understand this is not an ER, But they can do xrays and blood test. The NP came in spent maybe 1 minute with me and that was it.

We were billed improperly, we tried to contact for over 6 months but they don't offer a live person for customer service, they ask you to send an email but never reply. They were threatening to send our account to collection even though they didn't bill the insurance company although provided this at time of the service. Numerous attempts over months To get them to file insurance properly was never accomplished bc they do not respond. Don't go to this place, go directly to the hospital ER department.

My husband and I went for his DOT. The first young lady was pleasant and made an appointment for us for 1:25pm. She could not have been any friendlier. We come back and there is another women there. Who treated me and my husband as though we were infants the way she spoke to us. I sit down to help him with his information. I got a laceration on my finger and I came in bleeding a lot. I asked simply for some gauze and cling wrap to stop the bleeding while I wait till be seen. They said "no we can't help you that would be considered treatment." They ended up telling me to go to the ER for more help since their wait time was 1.5 hours. I understand it's not an ER BUT the ER saw me immediately because they saw how much blood I was losing. They did covid test-rapid and send out. The rapid came back negative. Spoke with the lab (mybostonheart) 3 days later and was advised there was no lab specimen in the vial. WTF... really????? Stay away from this place
This is a very poorly run operation administratively. I had to get up at midnight to make an appointment for a COVID test today which turned out to be a 1:00 PM appointment. When I showed up at 1 o'clock they told me it was going to be 30 to 45 minute wait to get my test. An hour later I went in and demanded to have my test done immediately. I only give one star because of the nurse who was understanding and sweet. The receptionist was cold and uninviting. And the doctor was the WORST I have ever met. Zero bedside manor, not empathetic at all and extremely rushy! I felt judged as soon as she walked in and she was presumptuous and rude! DONT BECOME A DOCTOR IF YOU DONT WANT TO HELP PEOPLE! And don't just assume you know what people are there for. Such a terrible experience, will never go back there! Would rather sit in the ER for hours!
This place is horrible!!! My daughter went here for a covid test and arrived at 11:45am on a Saturday morning and checked in online as she was advised too. The most amount of people ahead of her on line were 28. She was told by employees inside the urgent care center to wait in her car and that she would be called when it was her turn and not to leave the parking lot and if she was not there when they called she would lose her turn and be placed at the end of the line.
