Wonderful location and awesome staff who took great care of a scary moment for us parents when our 5 YO took a hard fall and split her chin. Check-in took a while with several in front of us and taking about 5 mins per person, but staff were efficient and friendly. Very nicely designed location - felt comfortable and modern. Bonus Slurpee machine to grab a frozen treat on the way out, sure took the sting out of the injury!

I was met by the receptionist who was pleasant and gathered the necessary information for me to be treated. I was then escorted to a room and after no more than 5 minutes a nurse came in and obtained my vitals. I was then taken to a different room to be seen by the practitioner within 5-10 minutes. I was given a exam after I explained my symptoms. At my request a COVID test was done. The practitioner gave me a detailed explanation of what my course of treatment would be. Walk in and feel at home. Very friendly and personable staff.. coffee and SLURPEE machines in waiting area as well as 60 inch tv with DirecTV. TRIAGE staff were super friendly.. all with sense of humor and personality.... Fast and straight too the point help. I was wisked into a room too immediately. I mean like zooooom.. Great customer service. Everyone was very nice and professional. Very little wait time and the doctor was very nice and actually listened to what I had to say. In a perfect world I hope no one has to go to a urgent care center but if I have to go again I will definitely be going here. Also everything was very clean and well maintained! Definitely the best urgent care center I've been to.

I always go to Five Star Urgent Care for the small stuff like sinus infections, bronchitis...etc. There is rarely a wait, the staff is friendly, and I'm usually in and out in less than 20 minutes. I've been there probably 6 times in he last couple of years and have no complaints.

This review is long over due. Over this past winter both my husband and I have received care at Five Star Urgent Care and in each case it was a pleasant experience with no waiting. The staff are both professional and compassionate, it was such a relief to not have a long and frustrating wait to be seen. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needed medical attention.
