Extremely long wait despite appointment I made an appointment for 12:00 PM and arrived early at 11:45 AM. It's now 1:00 PM, and I still haven't been seen--just sitting and waiting for a simple TB test. What's the point of making an appointment if you're still waiting over an hour past your scheduled time? Time is valuable, and this feels really inconsiderate and inefficient. Very disappointed with the lack of urgency or communication.

Total CROOKS, I am a veteran who went to this urgent care with a va approved authorization # to cover billing. Guess what...Yep I got a bill in the mail for the total amount. When i called Wellnow billing, they told me they need my social security # to submit claim! Bullsh*t, they have the auth #. Every other med facility I've been to only needed that # so this urgent care Wellnow are commiting FRAUD. Why? I paid $165 up front before being seen and they saved my card information and charged me another $217 a couple weeks after being seen. Had to call my bank to dispute the unauthorized charge and cancel my card. Thanks a lot guys. Taking hundreds of dollars from another healthcare provider (EMS). You should be ashamed of your billing practices.

If you have insurance other than Medicare or Medicaid DON'T go here!! says they work with all insurance - i have excellent insurance through teamsters blue cross and they charged $165!!!!!! Would of been cheaper at the ER.

I used to love this place, today I was treated like trash by the nurse Practitioner, all the other nurses are so sweet and amazing but that lady not only treated me poorly but talked down to the other nurses in front if me...everyone has bad days forsure but damn..it was so bad I'll probably be filing some dort if complaint..I'm still in shock

I went in for a UTI and they wouldn't see me. They turned me away saying they had no availability for doctors. I had to go to Guthrie clinic to get medication for the pain and a diagnosis. Well Now if you see this do better, and everyone else, just go to Guthrie if y'all have the option to. The doctors there were amazing and so helpful!

I've been here a few times, and have had good experiences. This review does not reflect the level of medical care I've received at the site - all providers have been competent and professional. However, today I visited, and left extremely frustrated. When you arrive there are "self check-in kiosks" at the entrance. You enter some information, and then you're directed to 1. go to your vehicle, or 2. sit in the waiting room, until contacted. I opted to sit in the waiting room. Two weeks ago my daughter became ill. Since I couldn't get an appointment with our main provider, I took her to Five Star. It costs twice as much to go there, but needed help. I went to college, picked my daughter up and brought her back to Horseheads to the doctor. At Five Star, she was told there is nothing wrong.
