I've been here a few times, and have had good experiences. This review does not reflect the level of medical care I've received at the site - all providers have been competent and professional. However, today I visited, and left extremely frustrated. When you arrive there are "self check-in kiosks" at the entrance. Two weeks ago my daughter became ill. Since I couldn't get an appointment with our main provider, I took her to Five Star. It costs twice as much to go there, but needed help. I went to college, picked my daughter up and brought her back to Horseheads to the doctor. At Five Star, she was told there is nothing wrong.
