I've been to WellNow twice in one week. Once when my daughter had a chronic cough and then later when my elderly mom was in terrible shape with a bad infection. We got in fast and the staff was wonderful in both instances. I have to do a special call out to Dr. Matthew Garno who was so kind, ran tests quickly, checked on my mom (got her crackers, water), gave us great advice and got her a Rx quickly. Great people skills and the nursing staff there is amazing. I would never hesitate to go back.
I went in for the 2nd time in a week because I've been really ill. I had Kelsey H. as a doctor and she was PHENOMENAL I'd ask for her over my own doctor lol. I hope they read these and she knows how nice it is for a doctor to be kind and caring when helping you. She was very thoughtful in finding me the correct medication as well.
Wonderful, quick care and everyone was helpful and very kind. Everyone was masked and great precautions were in place to prevent Covid spread.
Everyone was very welcoming and kind, waiting time was not long, and the doctor clearly explained the issues and what each medication he prescribed was to address.
No issues and I was more than satisfied with this first visit. The wait was about 40 minutes including the usual paper work. The facility was steady with patients, (3-6 patients waiting at any given time). Staff were fine and friendly and the doctor was knowledgeable and helpful.
Where do I begin?!! I've already written a review of their entire operation. I had an injury from work and the dr was inaccurate in what he wrote down. I didn't know that until 2 days later when I returned because they said I hadn't followed the orders I was given. I explained that I hadn't been given any orders. She dug through some papers and just about rubbed my face in some papers she just grabbed from the printer. Terrible customer service - wrongly billed and cannot correct it - keep getting billed for the wrong amount despite a letter and messgaes (no one answers a phone). No complaints about the care - except it was pricey but service after that is appalling.

They do not have Xray!!!!! The machine has been broke for months. They will see you then send you to another location for an xray. Plus the place is disgusting.

Went in for DOT physical that my work was paying for. Should've been in and out but was set up for a regular physical instead that I paid for not knowing that it shouldn't cost anything through my work. Coworker was in doing the same thing and his appointment was set up just fine. Office staff was confused and didn't know what to do. Systems apparently went down while I was waiting.
