I decided to go to this urgent care because it was close to my work, even though I've been told to avoid this place. I figured I would decide for myself. When we walked in we stood in a line and the women that greeted us was very unfriendly, uncaring, and you could tell didn't want to be there. Then we waited about 25 minutes, which isn't bad at all, the nurse that took us back was just as happy to be there as the office coordinator:(. Absolutely terrible experience. They showed up 10 minutes late to open, and have yet to call someone back now 40 minutes later. The experience has been so bad in fact it actually inspired me to download this app to give the poor review.

So slow. If you come here expect to wait. Been here for 1 1/2 hours. Only 2 people ahead of me when I arrived.

This place is the worst don't waste your time going here. The first time I went I had pink eye and I was given any drops to help what so ever even when I asked for them because I work at a daycare and needed to be able to go back to work as soon as possible. The second time I went I was trying to save time because I'm new to the area and don't have a doctor. I KNEW I had strep throat because half of my kids had it at school and I could barely swallow water or eat or sleep. I had body aches and a fever and a horrible headache... read more

DO NOT GO HERE! The receptionist is an absolute nightmare. Went in for a #drugscreen. Waited a half hour before asking politely when I would be seen. She said, "In just a few minutes." Okay, I decided to ignore the curtness in her voice when she said it. Like I'm asking so much to know what the hold up is. I wait another half hour and ask. "Just a few minutes." Where do I begin! Let's start with giving my son who is 4 the dose for an adult in a prescription. Thankfully the pharmacy red flagged it and refused to fill it. Then when I complained it was "Oops" type of explanation. We also experienced lost strep tests which resulted in no antibiotics that were needed and had to seek other medical attention. Never will I recommend this terrible medical facility.

I arrived at Hometown Urgent Care at 11:00 on a Saturday morning. There were approximately five people ahead of me. A woman who had just been seen came into the waiting room and was saying the doctor talked a lot. That's why such a long wait!! On the bright side at least he was thorough!!!!!!! I knew I was going to need an X-ray and was nervous because the doctor was taking so long, that I decided to leave after waiting an hour and a half and go to the ER. Went here to have my ear checked and staff didn't know how to process the paperwork for walk in and the place seemed generally disorganize. Left before see anyone as it did seem like a professional healthcare organization.
