Went in for DOT physical that my work was paying for. Should've been in and out but was set up for a regular physical instead that I paid for not knowing that it shouldn't cost anything through my work. Coworker was in doing the same thing and his appointment was set up just fine. Office staff was confused and didn't know what to do. Systems apparently went down while I was waiting. I was the first one in the building and online it said I was the first one to set up an appointment for that day but instead I was met with a long wait time and other people skipping ahead of me even though they came well after me. I don't think I'll return to this urgent care anytime soon update, I was supposed to be 3rd in line and now 5 people have gone ahead of me.

Be careful when visting this location on Gull road. I went in for a Covid test (my third) in January 2023. Soemhow my visit got coded wrong and I was sent a bill for an office visit. I would give them the benefit of the doubt except they waited three months to bill this so I feel like they were trying to scam me and my insurance company.

is it just me or when did it become common for business to be so unprofessional not to open the doors on time that we have to wait instead of them being ready and do the responsibilities they are being paid for? I was instantly put off because I now know it's going to be like dealing with s.o.s and I was right the excuse was they had phone calls to take care of instead and the receptionist knew I was angry and got a slight attitude then we waited 1 1/2 hr.. not going again.... ever ‍

In January their 12-year-old physicians assistant gave me a redundant x-ray (to pad the bill)to send to "specialists" I never heard from, misdiagnosed me, and essentially sent me home to die. I wound up in a REAL hospital for three weeks. Wellnow is the fast food of "healthcare." Go anywhere else. You'd get better medicine from a mob doctor.

Absolutely horrible. I scheduled an appointment and they refused to honor it claiming they only took walk ins. I waited for over 2 hours and the staff was horribly rude. Don't ever come here your wasting your time!!!

One thing I will never understand is how a company that is literally designed to help people can be so absolutely shitty at doing it. Every time I go to any of these wellnow locations, the gull road one, the centre Ave one and the other Kalamazoo location and now the battle creek location; the service is terrible. I have to wait HOURS to be seen, for even the simplest things. I get it, covid is a thing.. but guess what? It has been now for two years and they act like they still can't do their jobs properly because of covid... read more

Seen for a finger injury. All Dr did was look at it. Never touched, treated, or x-rayed. I was in there for less than 10 min and they billed my insurance for $194!! On their website it states $99 for a visit like this, if billed directly to patient. When I called main office they said they would review due to no one notifying me of that option the day I was seen. 2 days later request for $99 charge was denied (big surprise).
