RUN to this Walk-in! (Unfortunately) I've been there 3 times in about 6-7 years and each time their service gets better and better. I arrived too late as a walk in because I got the hours wrong but wouldn't you know...the assistant ran to my car and said "got you, let's go." The care is top notch. Everyone working there is awesome. The life of that office is the Latinx at intake. Made. My. Forever.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here at WellNow. We are visiting from Pennsylvania and my son suddenly became ill. He was seen and diagnosed quickly. They truly took such great care of him!

I was able to make an appointment online and when I arrived there wasn't a long wait. I was examined initially by the nurse and later by the practitioner who confirmed what I knew was already going on. Prescription was sent to the pharmacy and I was soon on my way.

I must take the time to review this exceptional establishment. We were vacationing in Canada when both of our kids got sick. We wanted care in the USA. The service here was prompt, polite, and tailored for kids. They have coffee for parents, slushies for kids, chips, and toys at the end. The most important to me was the efficiency. The kids left this urgent care like they were leaving a fair. 10 stars. Best place to get sick.

All healthcare offices and healthcare facilities - no, all businesses, should take cues from this place. Fast. Efficient. Friendly. Certainly clean but that goes without saying. Scheduling and checking in online certainly helps, but the speed and efficiency doesn't wane when you get there. This is my second trip. Whomever set up this business and runs this location gets the importance of training and hiring.

This week was my first time visiting this place and it was for a COVID test. I was checked in pretty quickly and while I did wait in the car to be called in due to the nature of the appointment, I didn't mind because well, safety. Hand sanitizer was provided and social distance measures in the seating area were in check. They even gave me a referral for a primary care physician to follow up with for in the future. I recommend this place.

I went to Well Now today upset over hives on my face and leg. I literally waited five minutes before being called back to be seen. Everything from the moment I arrived was perfect. Chad the FNP, immediately knew it was poison ivy which made sense since I had been in the garden and had been pulling weeds a few days ago. Chad got me all fixed up.
