Dr. Suteh took his time evaluating me. He was comforting and told me he would take care of me and I wouldn’t leave until he figured out what was wrong with me. I went to other doctors and they kept saying it was just allergies or a virus. I was so worried I was going to leave still not knowing what was wrong but he took his time and figured it out. It ended up being pneumonia. I’m so grateful for doctors like him.
Great experience for an Urgent care. Staff was very helpful, kind and professional. Front to the house ladies were very pleasant and helpful. Intake nurse (Elizabeth) was professional and very friendly. Doctor was very helpful. Radiation tech was as pleasant and friendly as can be. I recommend this urgent care facility highly!
Even though I was a slightly late to my appointment I was still called back to the room quickly where the nurse was thorough and efficient. When the doctor came in she was kind and sympathetic. Work hard to diagnose or figure out what was wrong based off my complaints. It was overall a quick but effective visit where I felt like all my needs were met.
Horrible billing experiences. Twice this year I’ve received a “final notice” on a bill that I never received a first notice on. The first time I called about it I was informed that there was an error and I owed nothing. Then I go back 3 months later due to an illness where I couldn’t get into my primary and I was almost turned away claiming I owed money. I went there in June; I made an appointment and ended up waiting an hour and a half to be seen. The staff were nice, but the billing department is a mess! I paid a $75 copay when I arrived, thinking my employer's HRA would cover it and refund any overpayment. A few weeks later, I got a bill for $141 from Well-now.
