I took my sick teenager in on March 3, 2025. I booked online and we when we arrived I was told by the customer service representative at check-in, I'll receive a text in a few minutes for paperwork to fill out. After waiting more than 6 minutes I still received nothing. I sent my son back to the counter for help and he came back with a tablet. Typically my experience is alright, but this past weekend was a complete let down. I had set up an appointment online and received the email & text confirming it. The morning of the appointment I received another confirmation text about 30 minutes prior to it. When I showed up, they weren't taking patients due to being short-staffed. Now, I get being short-staffed can cause problems, but maybe instead of sending a confirmation of the appointment, send a text letting us know we can't be seen. They were quick and professional from when I got there until I left. I was the only one there on this particular day, with my visit lasting roughly 30 mins. From the desk person admitting me, the attending nurse and the medical professional I saw, all were great. I recommend using Urgent Care in the future. Since I was a medicare patient, there was no copay. Thanks again.
The nurse that took care of me well now urgent Care Tiffany she was very polite very well spoken. Courteous, and paid attention to all my needs. She's very thorough with what she does on her job as a nurse practitioner. I hope the next time if there is a next time if I go to well now urgent Care again I'll certainly go there because of Tiffany. It was a great experience even though I was injured. I went there for an injury last week, and was told that my blood pressure was dangerously high. I went to my Dr. the next day, and he needed me to have an EKG to better determine my treatment. They do EKGs at WellNow. They refused to do one, because it wasn't part of an emergency treatment. Didn't they just tell me at my previous visit that it was an emergency? I'm very confused and upset that I wasted my time driving in a snowstorm to get there, and refused needed service. Do better.
