Awesome place, it's like a mini hospital! WellNow urgent care will give you the five star treatment you need, I mean they can't do everything but it really a big convince having something like this that's open for minor incidents. The location is right off the blvd inside the target plaza. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. Nice and clean location! Very friendly staff. Great friendly knowledgeable staff. In and out quick. Very clean new facility. Even has a slushy machine for the kids!
The staff was super friendly, everyone I know whose been here has had a great experience! Also they have an icee machine so that's definitely a bonus.
Ripped my leg wide open last night. Had no desire to sit in the hospital for hours upon end, so I tried this place out. I cant tell you how impressed I am with the care I received! They close at 8pm and I walked in literally at 7:53 and they were as pleasant as could be. The woman who took care of me (Nicole) was awesome!!! I would reccomend going here for anything you can...Highly impressed
The NP was extremely rude and refused to treat my non verbal autistic child and then kicked us out when I told her she was being rude and had an attitude problem I do not recommend this location to anyone

Horrible....thought I would save myself some time by going here instead of the ER. I was wrong. I made an appointment the night before so I wouldn't have to wait to be seen. I was 2nd on the waitlist. The medical tech everyone beneath me on the waitlist then took s person who walked in 15 minutes after me. I requested a refund and left. What is the point of an appointment when they are not honored.

Had an appointment and still waited over 2 -1/2 hours to be seen. Claimed emergencies but no one new came in the office. Also said Mondays are always bad. No updates given. Also, exam room was not well maintained. Weird growth on the vent in the ceiling. Gum or something sticky on the ceiling and empty water bottom between wall and counter.

Do not recommend going there. I paid co pay with my insurance...I keep getting ,months later, texts from them saying that I have a Payment of $640 and that they're going to deduct from my checking account(unauthorized). I've had to put stop payment on them from my bank as well as having to do a police report because of them illegally accessing my personal checking account without my permission.
