My appt. with Well now on Niagara Blvd in Niagara Falls, NY today 3/39 was at 10:50. (I had to make todays' appt because my appt on 3/28 was cancelled by Wellness due to no provider. Although thier online appt scheduling said check-in complete, I was told it was not. I arrived for my appt at 10:40, I left at 12:30 and still had not seen a provider. WHAT A MESS!!. The front desk personnel were not a friendly person at all. It was as if they had had a bad day, and it was only 10:40 in the morning...WHAT A HOT MESS!!!

I have always had great care given here. Until today. My 10yo fell and hurt her knee yesterday and I thought it was fine but the pain is getting worse now so I took her in an hour before they closed just for piece of mind and I was turned away because they were busy and no longer taking walk ins. One person in waiting room. Three cars in parking lot. Didn't seem busy. My daughters knee looks rough and she's near inconsolable. Told me to take Prednisone, said it was safe. I ended up in the hospital with crazy sugar levels and super high blood pressure. Never believe or trust them, I told them it was no good. Now I am diabetic

Went in for a PPD for healthcare compliance as aRN. I know the procedure for this test. Have performed them in staff at 2 other places. To make me sit in a waiting room full of sick people till a provider could see me, when a RN is within their scope to read a PPD. Not a place to use if you want to get this simple procedure done efficiently

Waited an hour and a half and was never seen. When I got there , there were only 2 cars in lot place was empty.... I was out I. A room, no one came to check on me or tell me anything !Then filled up and took everyone before me. Icoild hear them going in and out of rooms, maybe they forgot me or I wasn't checked in properly? I just didn't feel well and couldn't sit any longer so I went home. Will push through night and call primary in the morning , guess I wasn't worthy of being seen.
Supposed to be open until 11PM today. Closed at 2PM when we stopped by. The phone message didn't indicate it was closed, nor did anyone answer the phone. At least one person was in the building as she was at the door confirming the hand written "closed" sign. The website still says they're open.
I was in excruciating pain so I went to have my foot checked. I was told that it would be one hour and 5 min wait to see a doctor. There were 12 people ahead of me. After 2 hours I asked how much longer I was told another hour. How many people ahead of me I asked and was told 10. I couldn't believe that only 2 people were seen in 2 hours as I sat in the waiting room with other people who had been there waiting for 2 hours and more. I waited over an hour and was never checked in properly when I did come in I was separately charged for the covid test and to see a provider for her to improperly listen to my lungs over my jacket and hoodie and t shirt then saw a young girl who gave me 10 circles in each nostril very inaccurate test and put the blood pressure cuff on too loose I was not properly seen by anybody there and it was a complete rip off.
