Great service and great staff. I was in and out in under 1/2hr. Very professional and caring. PA was great
Had to go in to get a PPD. Staff was very quick, friendly, and it was painless. You can tell they're genuine and love what they do. It was even quicker to go in and have it read. I'll definitely be going back for all future PPDs, physicals, and sick visits. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family!
This place is horrible. I went to see if I had Covid and they took a sample. I have Medicare and a supplement policy and everything was covered. They assured me they had the correct insurance information. A few weeks later a bill from Quest came for $455.35. I immediately called and they said they didn't bill it properly and will resubmit it again. Guess what never did resubmit and they sent it to collections. Do not go to Wellnow Urgent care because they tried to charge me $50.00 for after hours how can they have after hours when they close at 8:00 at night and I also don't know how much you charge your insurance when you're there registering to get in to see the PA I had a have channel 4 news toget my money back

Yesterday I made an online appointment. I completed the registration. As I got closer, I received a text about my appointment. "Text A to let us know you are here." I texted A. Then I saw the sign on the door, "Temporarily Closed." I was stunned. The large street sign told me the closure was not temporary. I don't understand why a closed business would continue to accept appointments. I would like to give them zero stars, but I'm forced to give them at least one.

I had a large laceration to my hand on a Sunday afternoon, bleeding heavily. Went in to WellNow, and the receptionist told me that there were no medical people on site that day that could care for me. The place felt deserted except for the receptionist. The only other urgent care we knew of nearby was also closed. We ended up in the hospital emergency room. I was stunned that these urgent care facilities were closed.

Walked in, no greeting - not even a hello. Met with "it is an hour and 30minute wait. " I replied with that's okay, I made an appointment around lunchtime today for 6:40 tonight (it was 6:40), i was then informed that it was still an hour 30 minute wait. I left, I would advise to seek medical care elsewhere.
Horrible customer service i called in to ask a serious question and willing to make an appointment It seem the person that answered the phone had hung up in my face
