I had to come to Well Now on Elmwood Ave in Buffalo, NY this morning. The receptionist Emily greeted me with a smile and quickly got me checked in. Jessicka the aide came in shortly and completed my vitals. She was very polite. Hannah the x-ray tech took back and did my x-ray. Hannah was also polite. The provider Rebecca was knowledgeable, she took the time to explain to me her treatment plan. I will give this urgent care two thumbs up and I will recommend this place to my family and friends. I was able to make an appointment online, was seen in a timely fashion, front desk staff, PCT, and provider Titus were kind, competent and efficient. Not a single complaint about my visit. Thank you for making urgent care as painless as possible!

I needed to come in on New Years Day and they had normal working hours which was quite the relief! All the employees were very efficient and kind and listened to my concerns (lingering COVID and a second degree burn on my foot). They assured me everything was healing normally which eased my mind and I was in an out in a half hour and given some at home remedies. I went in for a scheduled appointment and arrived early and was fortunately able to see a provider even sooner. The checking in process was easy, especially since I did also the paperwork online in advance too. After being seen by a nurse for aninitial check, the doctor came in shortly afterwards and was quickly able to assess what was the likely cause of my illness. Amazing, quick service. Simple and to the point! I made an appointment for saturday morning. I was seen immediately, went right into a room after checking in on my phone. The nurse did her thing for a few minutes and then I had to wait for the doctor. I was okay with a "Telehealth" doctor even though i wasnt too sure what that meant. Visited on Monday, 12/19/2022. There's parking, the waiting room is clean and well-appointed, and there's a supply of masks on hand to make sure that everyone cooperates. I was there after visiting my PCP and told that I'd need a specialist appointment to treat my injured shoulder (I really have no idea why GP's don't really treat anything anymore, but I digress). I have been to many urgent cares over the years, but yesterday was by far, the best urgent care experience I've had. Every staff member was so kind and went above and beyond for me. They were all so so sweet, so knowledgeable, and I really felt like they actually cared. You don't always get that at other urgent care locations.
