I was very happy with the medical care I was given at Well Now on Amherst and Delaware. Everyone was very nice and treated me well. The NP Cathleen was very helpful and gave me excellent instructions on how to properly care for my fractured ribs. The radiologist was also excellent and very thorough. Thank you to all for faxing everything over to my doctors office for follow up. I am very grateful
The staff was extremely helpful and polite from the receptionist to the nurse practitioners, everyone was so kind and helpful. I will definitely only use this urgent care moving forward. I want to especially highlight Elizabeth she was so kind and had amazing patient care and professionalism. 10/10 health care staff!!!
I had a walk-in appointment for an illness and I was able sign-in and take care of all of my paperwork very quickly on my mobile device all touchless. My position in line was updated quickly and I was seen within 10 min arrival. The intake nurse, doctor and all the staff were very nice and professional.
Quick appointment and treatment. The medical staff diagnosed me fast after listening to my symptoms and asking questions. I got a good treatment plan which is already helping after 12 hours since the visit. The location is super convenient with parking in the back, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Recommend.
I was in for an xray that revealed a mildly fractured collarbone. Not broken, but fractured a little. I paid the $175 at the desk, and then 2 weeks later received a bill for $75. I called to ask what it was for, and they said it was for the sling. Not only did I not ask for the sling, I was not told that that flimsy piece of garbage was going to be $75.
