Brought my daughter in for a sore throat yesterday. From the moment we walked in I was impressed. The facility was clean. Staff was kind and professional. We were seen quickly. Sawyer the provider was so nice, he was thorough and explained all tests needed to us. I left feeling informed and that my child was truly cared for. All the nurses were great, especially Nurse Jenna. I highly recommend this urgent care center.
Went in today barely able to breathe and with severe chest pain, and a fever. Turned out I have pneumonia. Staff at the front desk could tell I was not well, and brought me back to a room immediately to be seen. I don't like to cut in line but I've never felt so sick before, so I was grateful. The nursing staff and PA that saw me were fast, efficient and kind. They gave me a steroid shot and a nebulizer treatment and got me a pillow so I could rest while the meds kicked in. I was very happy with the medical care I was given at Well Now on Amherst and Delaware. Everyone was very nice and treated me well. The NP Cathleen was very helpful and gave me excellent instructions on how to properly care for my fractured ribs. The radiologist was also excellent and very thorough. Thank you to all for faxing everything over to my doctors office for follow up. I am very grateful
My first review ever. Seen quickly, lovely staff, accurate diagnosis, provided useful printout of related information. Best part, they text a phone number 2 days later to call for follow up convo if needed. Which I did and they actually answered phone and talked to me.
Quick appointment and treatment. The medical staff diagnosed me fast after listening to my symptoms and asking questions. I got a good treatment plan which is already helping after 12 hours since the visit. The location is super convenient with parking in the back, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Recommend.
