We are very satisfied by the quality of care we have received at the facility. The problem is that they charged our credit card for services that have been paid by our insurance company (which I had reversed since it was not authorized). In addition, we get bills monthly for that amount, which was more than the actual visit charge. I have called multiple times and can't seem to get it corrected.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Having issues with billing for 2 months. Incompetent.!!! Stay away!!! Charged $180 saying didnt meet deductible which we did. Refused to see my daughter with chest pain until paid $..told her there was another urgent care down the road..Refusing to refund money even after insurance company confirmed deductible met. Tried contacting them by phone abd email multiple times. Unwilling to help. They cant submit a claim to insurance company correctly.

Doctor Saddiqui should be sent on the first flight out, back to India(assuming the accent). Our doctors here in America, though some have flaws, know how to respect their staff and team of nurses. NO not Mister Saddiqui! It's evident he thinks he's in some slumdog town where treating people like scum is custom. Mr. Saddiqui you are in tbe wrong business, in tbe wrong country for those kind of shananagins. We won't accept that here. Those nurses are NOT your wife and heavean only knows how you treat her. 'Lead' desk clerk Wednesday 4/30/25 830am nothing less than rude and unhelpful. Couldn't understand her when I walked in and she told me to follow walk in protocol. After finishing on the app she asked for my name. After not finding my name she asked if I had a text message, which I did so I showed her. She looked up my DOB and soon said I filled out my insurance info wrong by using spaces. Horrible service, they were so mean, it took about 1 hour to get to the nurse. They said I was "fine" but i literally broke my knee

If 0 stars was an option... Never acknowledged. Pulling teeth to get basic information. Then left waiting with no confirmation of when or if I'd be seen. Left and went to WNY Immediate Care. Much better experience. Good luck out there!

THE RECEPTIONIST GOT MY DEBIT CARD CANCELLED!!! I went to WellNow on Elmwood on January 30, 2025 around 6PM. The receptionist [I regret not getting her name] told me to scan a QR code on my phone to start the intake process. Cool. No problem. The app opened and I clicked the reason for my visit, but the screen did not advance. There was a green Continue button at the bottom of the screen, but I was sure it was one of those ads that you should NEVER click on. DO NOT COME HERE. I REPEAT. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! These people are not here to help you, they are here to take advantage of you when you need help. They should call this please, URGENT NO CARE because that's what you get. No care. BTW, the receptionist working the morning of December 14th, 2024, has zero people skills. Care and service are as expected - sometimes very long wait lines and sometimes not, but the staff is courteous and attentive. Billing, however, is a nightmare! Three months ago, there was a charge for $220 made on my HSA card. I DID NOT make the payment, and the money was charged to my card without my knowledge or consent. My immediate thought was fraud.
