DO NOT COME HERE. I REPEAT. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! These people are not here to help you, they are here to take advantage of you when you need help. They should call this please, URGENT NO CARE because that's what you get. No care. BTW, the receptionist working the morning of December 14th, 2024, has zero people skills. Yeah, I'm calling her out because she is the D- student who does as little work as possible. Talk about being useless, having nobody is better than her. Care and service are as expected - sometimes very long wait lines and sometimes not, but the staff is courteous and attentive. Billing, however, is a nightmare! Three months ago, there was a charge for $220 made on my HSA card. I DID NOT make the payment, and the money was charged to my card without my knowledge or consent. My immediate thought was fraud. It turns out that 16 months after a visit, WellNow charged my card without notifying me in August 2024 for a visit in January 2023. My company switched carriers at the begi... read more

DO NOT GO TO THESE INCOMPETENTS. On Saturday, I went to get stitches removed. With my insurance, I should have paid $55 for the copay. The computers were glitchy that day. The app had me take pictures of my insurance card, plus enter in my insurance ID number. I also had to enter all my information onto Wellnow's computer pad, because I guess their receptionist's hands were broken and SHE couldn't be bothered to type in the information. my daughter had a 1:30 appointment.. I was told she was next. At 1:33, a walk on was taken back. when I mentioned that she was taken first because she threw a tantrum, the response was, "well she was waiting almost 2 hours." I responded, yes but appointments are first. Then at 1:56, they called back another walk in. it is now 2:05 and we are still in the waiting room. We will not be returning and I will make sure to share my experience with friends and family.

The experience I had at this place yesterday was awful from start to finish. When I walked in I was told no walk in service but the receptionist said she couldn't make me an appointment. I had to do it online. Came back 4 hours later for my appointment and still waited 2 hours. When I finally saw the PA. I said I'd had a cough for 3 weeks, my chest felt tight and I wanted a chest X-ray and antibiotics. Second time I've gone in to be turned away because the doctor had seen too many patients already, to be told I can try later. This time I had my child seen 2 days prior and was told if got worse or new symptoms to come back for a recheck. There was no one in the waiting room but the doctor was too busy prior to see patients now. I normally don't leave bad reviews, because everyone needs a break, and I understand busy, but I wouldn't have left my house to drive all that way if I didn't think it was urgent enough to be seen... read more

Went here on Sunday Dec 4th with an earache: pain and couldn't hear. The PA who examined me looked in my ears said it was an infection in my right ear and prescribed antibiotics. 5 days later nothing had changed. Returned and saw the same PA who looked in my ears again and then decided that it was an acute sinus infection and prescribed different antibiotics and Flonase. 10 day later, no improvement.
