I just moved to the area last year unable to find a primary care physician that accepts my insurance. I I used the walk-in clinic due to the convenience. My first visit here about a week or so ago was wonderful. The staff was attentive. They followed up with emails and text messages to see if I was ok…yesterday. I was feeling terrible. I received prompt service starting with the very kind and professional receptionist to the caring and professional staff. They listened attentively was reassuring and helped me to feel much better by discharge. They are a positive addition to the community they serve.
This is my first time at a Well Now.If could give them 10 stars, I would. From the time I walked in the door; gave my name, I was immediately taken to the back to be taken care of. From the medical assistant who took my vitals and asked what was wrong with me, then the ray technician that did my x-ray, then to the PA that examined me, they were all very professional, kind & compassionate. Great location for urgent care, convenient hours, easy to make an appointment and was 5 minutes waiting time. Julia Krafft, as well as her nurse were amazing, professional, good listeners and took their time to explain everything to understand. They will do a necessarily testing and will send Rx to your pharmacy. At this location people care and listen.
This is the place to go for help and accommodations. I loved the slurpie machine for my throat as well as the Keurig in the waiting room. All of the staff was so friendly and answered any questions I had for them. It was practically in and out. I highly recommend this location. Please do not change anything.
