Great location for urgent care, convenient hours, easy to make an appointment and was 5 minutes waiting time. Julia Krafft, as well as her nurse were amazing, professional, good listeners and took their time to explain everything to understand. They will do a necessarily testing and will send Rx to your pharmacy. At this location people care and listen.
This is the place to go for help and accommodations. I loved the slurpie machine for my throat as well as the Keurig in the waiting room. All of the staff was so friendly and answered any questions I had for them. It was practically in and out. I highly recommend this location. Please do not change anything. We had a great experience at the WellNow on Sheridan Ave. I scheduled the appointment for my son online and we were brought to a room immediately upon arrival. Everyone was very friendly, the PA and doctor listened to our concerns, he received a quick diagnosis and treatment and we were on our way in less than an hour. I'll definitely go back if we're ever in need of urgent care in the future. Recommended!
Well now has saved me from spending 12 hours an emergency room for a medical condition that needed attending to and they took such good care of me. It was amazing. A short wait , very caring . I don’t know what I would do without them! Five stars plus
I was sent here by my primary doctor as it was the weekend. I registered on line for an appointment, which was easy to do. When I arrived I was checked in immediately, and seen by staff shorty after. My condition was explained to me and a script for antibiotics sent to my pharmacy. The staff was very attentive. I definitely recommend this site .
