I was sent here by my primary doctor as it was the weekend. I registered on line for an appointment, which was easy to do. When I arrived I was checked in immediately, and seen by staff shorty after. My condition was explained to me and a script for antibiotics sent to my pharmacy. The staff was very attentive. I definitely recommend this site .
Even though the app allows you to select a time with an appointment WellNow on Sheridan drive does not take appointments. I waited two hours past the appointment time. THEY DO NOT TAKE APPOINTMENTS. THET ARE LYING ON THE WEB SITE. Other WellNow offices take and honor appointments. This office is on a first come first served basis.
I strongly advise against visiting this unit. When I got there, the front desk lady didn’t seem interested in helping. I was having trouble with the insurance info on their form and asked her. Instead of explaining, she just took my phone and skipped through the pages. By the end, it showed a $40 copay when I usually pay $10. When I asked about it, she just insisted it was correct in a rude tone. Well now has saved me from spending 12 hours an emergency room for a medical condition that needed attending to and they took such good care of me. It was amazing. A short wait , very caring . I don’t know what I would do without them! Five stars plus
The physician was excellent !! But - the receptionist immediately perceived our awareness of coughing walk in patient in the waiting room and immediately escorted us to the treatment room . She was discreet, professsional and my husbands first response when we got in the car was to be sure to score reception with a 100% if surveyed !! 👍👏🏼👏🏼
