Unfortunately, my husband fell ill on our trip. I found WellNow on Yelp and decided to give it a go. The visit was excellent and my husband received great care. He found out he had flu B and was able to get prescriptions right away at the Wegmans Pharmacy in the next plaza. Everyone we encountered was helpful and explained what the process was for testing, getting prescriptions, etc. If I ever needed urgent care when in town in the future, I would choose to go here. When walking in, your immediately greeted The staff is very friendly The nurses and doctors are easy to talk to and listen. They take time to ask questions and make you feel really comfortable They care about their patients and make it relaxed rather then rush you through. Thank you for being the best !

I made a walk in visit appt and Tiffany had that info when I arrived. Paid my co-pay and was taken back. Thanks to Tiffany, Trevon, Julie, and Bonnie, for their smiles, kindness, reassurance, when I came in because of an ankle injury. Appreciated the Wellness That's Amazing info on the tv monitor in the room, also, little bottle of water, and a snack before I left. Grateful x-ray showed only a sprain. Glad also, to have the Diagnosis and Discharge Directions to follow. Thanks for the help.
Small, convenient Williamsville location. Make an appointment & fill out forms online prior to arrival. you'll be seen promptly & professionally! Tasha and Dr. MURAK patiently listened to my symptoms, performed proper testing & explained test results. Extremely satisfied and if necessary I would definitely return!

Surprised that I haven't reviewed before as I've been to this center more than once. I like that I can schedule a visit the same day and sometimes even within an hour of when I try. I really like the nurses and NPs and feel like they take the time to actually listen and help. They aren't judgy (even when I admit that I wait weeks to finally come in).
