I went in to WellNow for a workers comp issue and after providing all the necessary paperwork, they still billed it to my personal account and charged my credit card $175. After contacting them, I was informed that I wasn't going to get my money back until they received the payment from workers comp. The error was on their part and I am expected to pay for their mistake. Please beware of their billing department which does not care about the patients well being but instead is more concerned about money. I am never going back... read more

I rate this place a zero! A family member was seen here with possible food poisoning vs. the flu. she had a fever and was violently vomiting and had diarrhea for several hours. Because she told the provider it could be food poisoning as others were sick at the same time and ate the same food the provider decided that is what it was and did NOTHING. Crap that's all I can say. No walking even when nobody is there. Got appt 2:16pm wrist x-ray 3:00 pm. Waited in small rm, listen to all office gossip. Drs. Included. At 4 p.m., couldn't take the wait anymore. Went to Dr's. Station in interrupt dr talking about game last night. He said oh xray just came in." He rolled his chair to fax machine and said. When I arrived about 4:45 in a Friday there was nobody in the parking lot of waiting area. It was quiet so I walked up to the front desk and the lady looked almost bothered that I was there, she looked visibly unapproachable and not friendly at all. I tried to be friendly saying " Oh? My only complaint is that I think there should be signage out front that an appointment is necessary at this time. Apparently this is due to staff shortage if you don't feel well you don't want to come back twice. Otherwise I have been very pleased with my visits .

I am giving it two stars because I had a great experience while in the office but was not pleased with the events that occurred once I went home. I went to get tested for a UTI which I was told was negative. Come to find out I actually tested positive for a UTI and continued to get very very sick to the point I was in the ER a couple days ago. A UTI is very serious and in my opinion, this mistake should never have been made.
