My only complaint is that I think there should be signage out front that an appointment is necessary at this time. Apparently this is due to staff shortage if you don't feel well you don't want to come back twice. Otherwise I have been very pleased with my visits .
I am giving it two stars because I had a great experience while in the office but was not pleased with the events that occurred once I went home. I went to get tested for a UTI which I was told was negative. Come to find out I actually tested positive for a UTI and continued to get very very sick to the point I was in the ER a couple days ago. A UTI is very serious and in my opinion, this mistake should never have been made.
