Went to get a drug test on my birthday for work and was refused from Tori and the secretary at 6:10 even though they advertise they test from 7:00 till 7:00 without a call in! When I showed her that then she said she wasn’t going to because she didn’t like my attitude! Mind you I just drove an hour and a half to get there! The entire staff (from reception to techs, nurses and doctor) were friendly, courteous and caring. They explained everything and referred me to Monroe Hospital for further evaluation. The whole process was smooth and efficient. I expected a much longer wait time due to the number of different tests done but I was in and out quickly. No wait time at all in reception area. Highly recommend this clinic!
Went in for a walk-in appointment, was seen after an hour of waiting due to pre-scheduled appointments (which I didn't think was too bad at all), BUT let me tell you that I felt like a princess in there despite feeling like trash! Literally have never had a better experience with a health care establishment. All the workers I interacted with were quite nice. I really hate seeing doctors but as soon as I walked through the doors, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The NP, Lindsay, made me feel valid and helped me with my illness. Her nurse was also very sweet! Thank you WellNow for making me feel so comfortable and relaxed! I definitely recommend them to anyone who isn't feeling good!
I am very thankful for the time the staff took to look at my son after a sports injury. They were very caring and took our concerns seriously. I also appreciate that the NP actually did a good assessments by not only asking questions, but also inspecting and laying hands on him before ordering a bunch of tests. Everyone was very nice. The wait time was reasonable.
