Went to get a drug test on my birthday for work and was refused from Tori and the secretary at 6:10 even though they advertise they test from 7:00 till 7:00 without a call in! When I showed her that then she said she wasn’t going to because she didn’t like my attitude! Mind you I just drove an hour and a half to get there! I recommend this urgent care clinic 100%! I went in for a pre-employment physical and drug test which went great. During this process, my provider, Lindsay Sanders, NP, found an issue that I had been doing lab work to discover with no luck. She was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous. I went here because I am currently waiting for new PCP and definitely did NOT want to deal with IU health ER. The atmosphere here is wonderful. You can tell the staff genuinely likes one another which helps create a more, " homelike " atmosphere. The staff from the receptionist to the doctor were all empathetic, kind, and prompt. From the moment I entered the WellNow Urgent Care facility I felt treated like a human being, unlike the local VA facility that my service in the Marine Corps supposedly earned me. I was seated a short time and later escorted into the exam room where the smiling and congenial service provided by Nicole greeted me.
