Kenneth Scott, NP, was very nice, caring, and took great care of me. The MA and the x-ray tech were wonderful also! They all made me feel cared for. I was given a wait time, and it was spot on or even a little less. They gave me a disc of my x-rays to take to orthopedics for my fracture. They put me in a walking boot until I saw the specialist for further instructions. They do a great job, especially for only having one provider during peak flu season. I came there, Super Bowl Sunday ! My pain started as discomfort and burning in my knee, but progressed to much more. I noticed my knee was swelling and pain increased so I drove to this facility. A customer saw me trying to hop inside, and grabbed a wheelchair for me . They held the doors and rolled me inside. While trying to get checked in, patient care Tech Oumou saw me struggling and assisted with the check in process. Unbeknownst to me, I started experiencing sciatic pain. We tried going to IU health, myself and two daughters were very sick, OU would only do appointments or had extreme wait times. I came here we got right in, staff at the front desk was very friendly, our nurse was very friendly and Kenneth our NP was thorough and efficient, I really appreciated their professionalism as I myself am a nurse. As we were leaving the staff even said we hope you feel better soon and waved us goodbye! I highly recommend everyone here!
I had a great experience at this office. I went in on a Friday and was seen by Dr. Lavin within 30 minutes. After dealing with a sinus infection for the past 4-5 weeks, she quickly diagnosed me, reassured me that my symptoms were all due to the infection, and advised me to come in sooner next time. Efficient, professional, and caring service!
I had a great experience. The doctor was very, very super. Nice and did a wonderful job. I was in and out very fast.I would recommend this to anyone.. Smart area The hospital seems overwhelmed, and it's nice to be able to go somewhere else and get the best care ever before. Thank you very much
