Kenneth Scott, NP, was very nice, caring, and took great care of me. The MA and the x-ray tech were wonderful also! They all made me feel cared for. I was given a wait time, and it was spot on or even a little less. They gave me a disc of my x-rays to take to orthopedics for my fracture. They put me in a walking boot until I saw the specialist for further instructions. They do a great job, especially for only having one provider during peak flu season. I came there, Super Bowl Sunday ! My pain started as discomfort and burning in my knee, but progressed to much more. I noticed my knee was swelling and pain increased so I drove to this facility. A customer saw me trying to hop inside, and grabbed a wheelchair for me . They held the doors and rolled me inside. I visited the evening of 1.11.25. A fantastic experience from beginning to end. Registration online was straightforward; all personnel were friendly, polite, efficient. I waited just about 5 minutes once I arrived. The Nurse Practitioner did not seem rushed and was very thorough, discussing a couple different options with me. I highly recommend this provider. Been a trustworthy facility for many years, but Nurse Practitioner Kenneth Scott was absolutely amazing! So succinct with his testing and clear with his results, and after the appointment we just chatted for a moment and it was very comforting and pleasant. Highly recommend his services!
Everyone was so kind and considerate, and very sympathetic towards the discomfort that I was experiencing. The migraine I was suffering from was one of the most brutal that I've ever had, and had lasted for more than a day. The NP, Kenneth, was polite, sympathetic, and immediately came up with a plan to help me. They even shut the lights off in the room to help ease my pain. I would definitely recommend anyone who is seeking urgent Care to go there.
