I would like to convey to those that would read this the courtesy and prompt service given me today. I usually go to the VA for my needs but on a Saturday the VA referred me here. I Was treated thoroughly, and respectfully and would recommend this location...absolutely. Perhaps my NP has saved my life. Extremely grateful they partner with the VA.

I have never had a wait. All staff were very pleasant. I seem to only get painful ear infections on weekends when my primary is unavailable. *shrugs Definitely recommend!

Everyone here was incredibly kind and efficient! I walked in and was seen nearly immediately. The front desk staff, nurse, and nurse practitioner were all so sweet and made you feel really comfortable. I'm always weary of trying out new urgent cares but I would absolutely go back here!

I have been to a few urgent care offices and family doctor offices in Bloomington since I moved here 8 years ago. Just last year I found a family doctor I thought was amazing but she just stepped down so I found myself looking again. I ended up at Well Now today on the recommendation of my wife who was shocked at how friendly and competent the staff was four months ago. My experience today was the same. OMGGGGG I love this place. They really took care of me. Im from out of town and was concerned about my blood pressure all of a sudden becoming a problem and they did everything to ensure me that my health is great and I have nothing to worry about. Ive always been healthy and no history of pressure issues. It was scary. I was in out in good timing and the check in process was smooth. The cost for the visit was very reasonable. Have had a persistent ear infection issue for a couple weeks now, and after deciding to go back to urgent care, I chose to give these folks a shot now that it's under a different brand. This place was the worst when it was MedExpress, but is anything but now! I was able to secure a time online to come in, and once I was there I was registered, in a room, seen by a great provider, and on the road to pick up my meds in a half hour. Came here with strep throat symptoms only to be told that there was no provider on site when I arrived, and that they were at home sick. They told me I'd have to do a tele-health appointment or wait til tomorrow. Really?!?! You don't have someone on call for when this happens? Why even bother being open? Thanks to that I'm currently at the terrible IU Urgent Care up the street waiting multiple hours feeling sick as a dog. Thanks a lot.....

Paid 200 dollars for a drug test and it took them weeks to send out results, plus when they did, they repeatedly sent out the wrong information so my employer can't even access it. Happened not once but three times in a row. Then be prepared to be placed on hold for an hour the minute you try contacting them with no answer.

I drove an hour to get my daughter (who had a broken clavicle) to this clinic because the website said the clinic had x-ray capability. I could not call ahead because I wanted to be there when they opened. Thankfully the person at the front desk told me --before I registered-- that they did not have a tech to run the machine and could no longer do x-rays. Please update the website.
