I paid 175 to be told to just heat compress and elevate. I explained I'm from out of state so I don't have the insurance to pay for me to find a podiatrist but they still recommended for me to find one asap. Well I can't do that. So I'm out money I could have used somewhere else. Receptionist and everyone else was nice and wonderful.

I went into the Bloomington on Franklin road . On 6/5/25 , I was diagnosed with a UTI , was given no antibiotic to treat , only a OTC pain reliever option and a tiny dose of clindamycin. They insisted on asking me personal sexual questions after I had tested positive for UTI . Saying I needed testing and a pelvic for STIs , all NP seemed concerned about was my alleged sexual proclivities. I have a Wonderful primary , and gynecologist and stay up on my health . Time management. Our PHYSICAL EXAM took 3 HOURS. This is terrible service. During our wait in the waiting room, the front desk woman did not check us in correctly and cause our wait to take so much longer. Preparation from the doctor took about 45 mins to make it to our room.

Had to go for a basic test- one that I have taken several times at other urgent cares or medical centers that take 4 minutes max. Was in the waiting room for around an hour and honestly only got called back because I asked several times how the wait was looking. I understand the medical systems are overrun and many of the individuals working are outworked but on this day there were about 2 others in the waiting room. Scheduled an "appointment" online only to discover that I would still have to wait an hour for a "telecart" appointment, wherein a doctor would Zoom in to evaluate rather than seeing someone in person. Don't waste your time on this place

went to the urgent care walk in clinic in Martinsville yesterday. barely talk to the NP with zero explanation after xrays. I have a ucl tear and was referred to ortho. which is fine but received no instructions on what to do or what not to do. had to ask if I needed restriction or could work. the lady at the front desk was not nice and seemed to careless. the nurses where great

The only reason I would even consider giving one star is because of the nurse practitioner Lindsey. She's great. Listens to what's going on and definitely helps. The male nurse practitioner however, is not so great. He's a joke. Definitely don't recommend going there and wasting your money if he is the one working.

I would give this place 0 stars if possible. The front desk workers were unprofessional and rude. We were tested for things we did not ask for and were later charged hundreds of dollars for those tests. My visit was to be charged to insurance but the front desk person typed my information in wrong and a year later I get mail saying I'm sent to collections for hundreds of dollars that should have been billed to insurance.
