Not staffed, no service. Nothing else to say, but Yelp won't let me post this review unless I add more words. How about don't go to this place.

Do not bother going unless you want to spend money for out of network cost only to be told that you have a virus and it has to run it's course. He made an appointment with his regular doctor because he got so bad and they gave him the medicine that he SHOULD have gotten from WellNow Urgent Care Clinic and he is on his way to getting better. This place is a joke. Do not go to the Bloomington location. And if you call them, they do not answer the phone. This is the worst place I have ever seen in my life. My husband said... read more

Don't bother going to the Bloomington location unless you want to spend $220 a visit only for the staff to tell you it's a virus and send you home with nothing. Waste of time and $$$. My young adult daughter has visited the Wellness Clinic Bloomington location over the past couple of years for bronchitis and sinus infection. With the bronchitis, they told her it was a virus and sent her home with nothing but a nasal spray. Horrible walk-in clinic. They really work on appointments only. If you walk-in it is a four hour wait. It took waiting in the waiting room for a half hour to register for them to tell me that. While I was waiting to register they were busy answering the phone setting appointments. Then when I got called up to register they had filled all of the days appointments and all the the following mornings appointments. Terrible process and a terrible way to treat people who walk-in v's those who call in.
