The receptionist made me wait 15 minutes just to drop off a document. When I came through the door she said hello and proceeded to complete task. After waiting 7 minutes she asked what I was there for just to make me wait even longer to look for my information for the document. Mind you, I was the old person in the waiting room. Customer service is 0/10 and I would not recommend unless its the absolute last choice. Go to a location other than Dewey ave. I live on the west side of Greece bordering Spencerport, and will drive past several other urgent cares to get to the Dewey Ave WellNow location because they’ve always been amazing. I constantly recommend this location to people I know. This most recent time I visited the Dewey Ave WellNow, I was treated by Katie, a PA. She was awesome! She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth, which seems to be pretty rare in the medical field in my opinion. Walked in before noon Sunday, good parking, was greeted well .Used code on phone to fill information, easy but was helped by receptionist when asked of unknown question. Was seen quickly by NP . Very kind and inquisitive of my ailment. Gave me the best information at the time to follow up with my own primary physician. I would recommend WellNow Urgent care to those in need of care at a time when your own primary doctor isn't available.
I had a concern I called to see if I could make appointment. Wasn’t sure that was possible, they got me in 2 hours later. Sent me forms to fill out beforehand. I walked in, it was storming they sent me back within 3 minutes. Took vitals. Sent in nurse practitioner. The whole think took 30 min tops for a UTI. had great conversation with all involved. Friendly attentive and informative. Will go there again with any urgent inquiries.
I don’t normally go to well now urgent care. I usually go to a strong urgent care, but it was in the neighborhood where I was in. It was beyond great. The staff was very nice. They were very clean and it was just a very pleasant experience.
