Wait times are ridiculous. I had an 8:40 a.m. appt and I was the only one in the waiting room and it still took them 2.5 hours and they did nothing. There was no Dr or even a PA nor did they have an x ray tech on site so what is the point in going to Urgent care? Meanwhile they had 4 office staff walking around doing nothing but talking to each other. Why not fire two of them and hire an actual Dr, a PA or an x'-ray tech. It was a waist of my time and I will never return.
I've been here several times in the past and was served well. Things have apparently changed. The last two times I have been there it was a mess. One time the doctor was so scatterbrained that she wrote my script for 20 steroid pills . Thank goodness Wegmans caught it. The second time my COVID test lost with no record of being taken. I do not recommend going here for anything

Made an appointment for the dewey Ave location in Greece ny. Arrived 10 minutes prior checked in on line like I was promoted to. It said ok you are checked in please wait for further instructions. Waited almost an hour in my car, finally went in and asked. They told me oh we were never promoted you were here. I was like ok that’s fine. They asked for my insurance I gave it to them they couldn’t verify me online through the insurance website (I have a union insurance it needs to be called) now I either leave or pay $130 out o... read more

I asked before each test they gave me if it would be an extra charge. Each time I was told, "No, it will be covered under the visit." Got a bill in the mail weeks later. Individual charges for tests were added. One was even billed as two different tests for one swab, which I was not told would count as two different tests. When I called billing support, they said that "covered under the visit" meant that it would be billed under that visit.
