Front counter staff is rude, confrontational, RBF and no respect or kindness for patients. I didn’t even feel comfortable handing her my credit card and they don’t have an option to insert your own card for payment. They raised the cost for patients without insurance but didn’t tell you the cost increased. NP didn’t go over any of the paperwork, she put a bunch of notes for care but just handed me the paper and left the room. Probably one of the worst visits I’ve ever had at an urgent care. I wanted an urgent care that was nice and more personal than the ones we’ve been to on the Ridge and when I looked them up Wellnow had great reviews. And they were spot on. Brought my sister in for an injured ankle and she was seen by Alexis and she was professional, kind and very careful. The place was clean, and comfortable. It will be my go to for urgent care for me and my family.
This is my preferred Urgent Care location. Due to my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance I was unable to go there until last week because BCBS finally agreed to update their coverage. They are efficient, quick and friendly staff. I will say that my family and I have had some good experiences at Urgent Care. A few years ago during the pandemic I took my son there to be seen. I have never had to go to urgent care prior to this visit, but I was very impressed with this facility. From the very professional and friendly woman at the front desk, to the nurse that took my vitals and the doctor that I saw, everyone was great! The facility is clean and the staff is organized, kind and knowledgeable. They even have coffee, water and slushies for the kids in the waiting area. I went at 8:45 on a Friday morning and was there for 1 hour, with four people ahead of me.
Quick professional and thorough. They all did a great job from the front desk to the nurse and the doctor. Could not ask for anything better. Very pleased with my experience there. J
