The staff is so kind and considerate here. They are a very popular location, so they go out of their way to let you know if there is a location with shorter wait times within the network.

Great care! You can make an appt online. The staff is very friendly and caring. There are TVs in all the rooms and slushees too!

My husband had taken me there after a fall. They were very friendly and professional. The facility was clean and well equipped. I ended up having a broken ankle that they casted and stabilized so that I could see a orthopedic dr in the morning. Everyone was friendly and professional and highly efficient at the Greece location.

I had to go here yesterday as I was battling the flu. Not feeling well at all! Fever, aches, chills-the works! I was treated right away and taken to a room. An assistant was right in and took my vitals. She was friendly and listened to me describe all my ailments. She told me I would most likely be getting a flu swab. I've had these before and they aren't pleasant but necessary to detect the type of flu that you have. I guess it helps with future flu shots. I went into this facility after researching online. The website has an estimated time on there. GREAT! Yet, once I got to the facility, and begin the check in process, I was told that the wait time was over 90 minutes. I just checked the estimated wait time and it was 8 minutes. This is a huge gap in time big it was a 20 or even 30 minute wait, I could understand that (ridiculous, but I would understand). This was a big inconvenience for me. The experience at Five Star Urgent Care in Greece was excellent, and efficient. It was absolutely wonderful! I'm very pleased with how fast my son was seen and diagnosed. My sons primary was unable to see him so I'm glad Five Star Urgent Care was available and close to home.

on Sunday December 1st , 2024 I cut my index finger and was bleeding profusely. I knew that WellCare now was again an in network provider with Excellus BCBS . I doublechecked with the two front desk staff members who confirmed. I was bleeding through my towel and asked for assistance they simply pointed to the corner to get a paper towel. once I was in the exam room the provider Katelyn Tivey. And she confirmed that the facility is in network with Excellus . At no point did she share that she Is NOT an in network provider!!!... read more

I needed to go to this WellNow UC (Lyell Rd) for work physical. I made an appt for 11 am. Upon arrival I was told it would be a 2.5 hour wait. There were 2 other people sitting in the waiting room? Why have appts available? This is the second time going to this UC for pre- work testing and both times the wait was excessive- over 2 hours.
