Every one was very pleasant. We were told it would be an hour wait...but it was shorter. The nurse that did my covid test was very nice and considerate with the test. The doctor was in with diagnosis quickly and gave me a note so I was on my way. My son and I went in together and his experience was similar to mine. We were very pleased with our visit.
I went to the Urgent Care to have my shoulder looked at after I fell. I was in and out within 1 1/2 hours. This included time for X-rays. The doctor had a wonderful bedside manner. He thoroughly explained everything to me and asked me at least 3 times if I had any questions. I highly recommend Dr Adam Durfee at Well Now Urgent Care in Greece, NY
From the receptionist to the PA all the staff were friendly and kind . The offices were clean and neat. I was taken back right at my appointment time and seen shortly after. PA Oliver Coleprete was patient, knowledgeable and made his diagnose and recommendations to me easy to understand
I wanted an urgent care that was nice and more personal than the ones we’ve been to on the Ridge and when I looked them up Wellnow had great reviews. And they were spot on. Brought my sister in for an injured ankle and she was seen by Alexis and she was professional, kind and very careful. The place was clean, and comfortable. It will be my go to for urgent care for me and my family.
Front counter staff is rude, confrontational, RBF and no respect or kindness for patients. I didn’t even feel comfortable handing her my credit card and they don’t have an option to insert your own card for payment. They raised the cost for patients without insurance but didn’t tell you the cost increased. NP didn’t go over any of the paperwork, she put a bunch of notes for care but just handed me the paper and left the room. Probably one of the worst visits I’ve ever had at an urgent care.
