This place is terrible. Excessive wait times. I had an appt for 8:40 a.m. I was the only one in the waiting room but it still took 2.5 hours and they did nothing. There is no Dr on site nor is there anyone who can take x rays so what would be the point in going to urgent care. Meanwhile there were 4 office staff walking around doing nothing but talking to each other. Would have made more sense to fire two of them and hire a Dr, a PA or an x- ray tech. It was a completely wasted trip and I will never go there again.

PA Cassidy Smith seemed angry at me for existing and taking her time. It was very upsetting. I am still sick and have no diagnosis or treatment. By telling me she did not have time for me, PA Cassidy Smith made me feel like it would be better if I do not seek medical treatment because my life is of no value.

I made a reservation at the Webster office only to find it closed. I would have appreciated a call or text to let me know.

I've been here several times in the past and was served well. Things have apparently changed. The last two times I have been there it was a mess. One time the doctor was so scatterbrained that she wrote my script for 20 steroid pills . Thank goodness Wegmans caught it. The second time my COVID test lost with no record of being taken. I do not recommend going here for anything

worst urgent care I've ever been to!! my daughter fell a smashed her mouth and we rushed her there. the front staff is rude and wouldn't even consider seeing her, stating that they don't do mouth sutures, which she DIDNT NEED! everything the hospital did, the urgent care could have done!

I had an appointment at 1130 they did a strep test and said they would be back in 5 with the results. I sat for 45min before a dr finally came in said its negative and sent me on my way. It was ridiculous plave was not busy no reason for me to sit that long at all​

worst ever the pregnant NP is a rude individual her name is Nicole Mitchell she is very negative and was not good at answering any of my questions like she was to busy to be bothered with it not a good experience at all find a new profession because clearly she hates what she does!!!!!

Weird part about all of this.......I had a bad experience and wrote a not so good review, WellNow commented on my review and suggested I contact the billing department via email. I did and there has been no return communication form anyone. SHOCKER!!

Terrible front staff are rude and nasty O help to the people who r waiting you should be ashamed for them being the first seen by sick patients pay people to do the job who have a little empathy for others maybe watch and listen to interactions with patients close the place down.
