Will never come again I was misdiagnosed and asked to speak to the person in charge and got a call back from someone who lied ,this place can't be trusted.

Very rude workers here. It's very very slow. I came for a urine screen and was in the waiting room for 2 hours there needs to be a supervisor present because everyone is lolly gagging around... please don't go here

they will tell you there is a long wait regardless of what time you go in. or is seems that they are selective and the type of patient or case they want in, waste of time and gas.

I have been here 3 or 4 times in the past and every time I'm told it would be at least a 2 hour wait. Twice it was just for a Covid test. I find this totally unacceptable. Who wants to sit around for 2+ hours when they are sick ?

Will never use this facility again. Was given complete wrong information about my covid test. Test was never even sent out for evaluation. Had to redo somewhere else.

The people always seem pleasant and professional. They always accommodate me quickly. The premise is clean. However, my last visit the denied me a rapid test. They said I can either have no insurance and pay for a rapid test out of pocket, or if I have insurance, then it's up to the insurance provider. My insurance denied me access to this test even though I'd pay out of pocket. This is MY health the last I knew. When did WellNow and United Healthcare start taking away my right to decide? I had excruciating pain in my left side, near my rib. Thought I broke a rib from coughing. They gave a x ray and made me lay down. Was literally crying from the pain as went to lay down (I have good pain tolerance). Rib not broken, but they just suggested the ER. Nothing given to help me whatsoever. I told ER I probably had a bad strain and I hurt.. they gave me lidocaine patches and meds. This Urgent Care was a waste of money.

I went in because of a neck injury from a previous motor vehicle accident that was causing pain to shoot down my spine and was turned away because I could pay a $100 deposit when it literally said on the wall behind the receptionist that any workers comp or MVA related injuries require an insurance form to be filled out so they can bill the carrier not the patient. Spouse diagnosed as not having pneumonia. 2 days later in hospital with pneumonia. Grandson diagnosed after x-ray as not having broken arm. Later in day, other doctor, reading 5-Star x-ray, found he had clearly broken arm in two places. Probably best to avoid this place.
