Have worked with CLS and Wendee for over 10 years. Always professional, customer service friendly and effective. Recent paperless portal process is very efficient. Wendee and Gaby are my goto people for residential financing.
We have worked with Wendee for over 15 years with one new purchase and 3 refis. She has never let us down and Gaby stayed on top it and walked us through all the extra paperwork and pushed it through to the lender.

Wendee was referred by a close friend and never disappointed. This was a crazy time to do a refinance and Wendee was there every step of the way. I have a few people who never even returned our email when looking for help with my mom's refi...We were given options with different rates, terms etc. and all information was very clearly presented. Wendee Close was wonderful to work with! We just bought a home and the seller's escrow company was unresponsive and delayed to provide us with the necessary documents...until Wendee and Gaby stepped in and helped us keep the process going! Our refi was such a smooth experience. I would recommend Wendee Close and her team to everyone. During COVID SAH orders, I really appreciated all their help and the lengths they went to to make this process seamless.
I had a very complicated re-fi including other family members and prop 13. Wendee and Gaby made everything go perfectly smooth no matter the complication I threw their way and they were available to answer any of my questions all the time. They both made the process so easy.
