Everyone is extremely friendly and I could tell that they all worked hard to make my experience as best as possible at the dentist I appreciated the time the dr and hygienist took to go through the health of my teeth in detail and educated me on ways to take care of my teeth.
I switched to Wentworth a family Dental a few months ago after 32 years with the same dental office. My precious dentist kept trying to "sell" me on procedures and treatment. The staff at Wentworth are professional, courteous, and above all - not pushy. They understand what's needed, what's recommended but can wait, and what's purely cosmetic and optional. After only 3 appointments, I'm wishing I had made the switch a lot sooner. Plus the dental chairs have a built in massage feature which is a definite added bonus.
Everything was very professional and Dr Wakeford makes everything as painless as possible. And Sydney is always pleasant and helpful!
Issue still is not resolved. This is the 3rd time to fix a problem created by the dentist. All 3 times the answer to fix it has been the same course of treatment without any improvement.
I am usually quite satisfied with the level of service but that was not the case yesterday so I have to give them one star. I came for a regular cleaning yesterday and due to their poor time management at the end I was told: “Sorry we do not have time to do the polishing today??” and even after I have insisted on having the polishing done they refused to provide the service as initially agreed upon so I am considering taking my business somewhere else…
Had to have previous work redone
Had to have 4 cavities redone because of the last dentists sub par work.
After having no reply to our concerns that we sent 5 days ago we decided to resend this: I am convinced that this dental office's main goal is to generate money and up-sale patients on unnecessary procedures. When I phoned and specifically requested that my kids get a cleaning every 6 months and a dentist check up once a year, they disregarded this and kept doing dentist check ups every 6 months. Very poor customer service and patient care: The reason I'm rating one star is because I was not made aware of the cost of different crown types that I could choose. The dentist just went ahead with a very expensive crown without even mentioning that I could choose a cheaper option. My husband did similar tooth crown for half the price. My crown cost was about 1800, and for my husband was around 900 dollars!
