The reason I'm rating one star is because I was not made aware of the cost of different crown types that I could choose. The dentist just went ahead with a very expensive crown work without even mentioning that I could choose a cheaper option. My husband did similar tooth crown for half the price. My crown cost was about 1800, and for my husband was around 900 dollars. I did not need an expensive crown. Also, regarding the follow-up with my insurance, you guys did not even bother to call me to let me know that my insurance d... read more

I went in for hygiene. I lost a filling as result that was put in by the clinic in 2015. No dentist in clinic at time to check it out Hygienist was pretty defensive when I show sign of disappointment indicating I have it compromise and nothing he could do. I found prior to this incident t that cleaning was pretty intense on scrubbing with tool. My son had a good experience. If I have to take him there again I would. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the 2 other things you did without letting me know: it was supposed to be only the Exam, Recall NOT the polish 1U and the Fluoride, Topical. I was not expecting it. Please next time just do what we agree to do. Thank you!
The only thing would be to make it cheaper?
