Wes and the team are AMAZING. They kept me informed of each step and worked with a sense of urgency that no other lender has ever before. Wes and his team was extremely helpful during our home buying process. Explained all the expenses and answered all of the questions I had. As a first time home buyer he apologized in advance for all the documents we had to keep sending prior to closing. Initially I was a bit thrown off because the loan officer, Wes, was constantly bringing up an issue that had already been addressed, and it almost felt like he was a bit condescending and treating me like a child. After that situation was reconciled, things moved pretty smoothly. Unfortunately, the train came off the tracks on closing day, when I was informed that they had “forgotten” about a “MUST HAVE” document from me, that had to be filled out by my commanding officer (not so easy to get on a short notice).
